The Undertaker made yet another strange appearance this weekend, on the court during a Harlem Globetrotters game.

The career path of The Undertaker is perhaps the most unpredictable in professional wrestling's history. Every WrestleMania, fans believe that the annual outing of The Deadman will be his last. In fact, some backstage have said that talk of Taker's retirement has been going on for more than a decade. That has not been the case of course, and he wrestled for WWE as recently as last weekend.

If anything, these past few months The Undertaker has been stepping back into the spotlight on a more regular basis. The aforementioned match at Madison Square Garden last weekend, his casket match at Greatest Royal Rumble in April, and the promise that he will take on Triple H in Australia later this year. On top of that, The Phenom has also been popping up in some more unexpected places.

Last month the former WWE Champion showed up at a Post Malone concert, of all places. The rapper played a video of him being chokeslammed by Taker backstage, and a little later on The Deadman appeared on stage to smash some guitars. One month on and the WWE Superstar has popped up in a strange place again, on the court of a Harlem Globetrotters game.

The well-traveled, exhibition team were in Austin, Texas on Friday night, as was The Undertaker. The Deadman made his way onto the court and assisted one of the Globetrotters, although the basketball aficionado naturally did a lot more than the sure-fire Hall Of Famer. As you can see from the clip above, Taker held up the ball so that the player could jump on a trampoline, pull off a couple of somersaults, and finish the move with a sweet slamdunk.

The more regular public appearances from The Undertaker feel a little like the WWE Superstar is preparing himself for retirement. There was a time not so long ago where The Deadman somehow managed to stay hidden while he wasn't on WWE television. Nowadays though he is going to concerts, basketball games, has his own Instagram account, and seems more open to appearing on his wife Michelle McCool's social media too.
