NXT UK is no more. Well, it won't be after Worlds Collide. The British offshoot of NXT will be going on a brief hiatus and when it returns, it will be known as NXT Europe. The first pieces of that move were put in place when a number of NXT UK stars showed up unannounced on NXT 2.0. That was followed by the NXT Europe announcement in the days that followed, and then the week after on NXT TV, the Worlds Collide show started to take shape.

There was talk that the show might take place in the UK, and while it will be going down on the same weekend as Clash at the Castle, that doesn't appear to be the case. It will be airing live at a much more palatable time for British fans though, probably because All Out is happening later that same day. Worlds Collide will air live on Peacock in the US, and the WWE Network elsewhere, at 4 pm EST. Everything announced for the card so far can be found below.

Three more titles matches were added to Worlds Collide during the go-home edition of NXT.

Bron Breakker vs. Tyler Bate for the NXT and NXT UK Championships

The first match to confirm the brand's champions won't just be competing at Worlds Collide, but their titles will be unified was Tyler Bate vs. Bron Breakker. The second time the pair came to face-to-face, they spoke of their admiration for each other and posed that both their titles should be on the line when they meet.

Both Breakker and Bate are very young and likely have bright futures with WWE. Picking a winner here is tough, but Breakker might well edge it purely because he has the bigger title. Triple H might have plans to reunite Bate with Butch on the main roster too.

Mandy Rose vs. Meiko Satomura vs. Blair Davenport for the NXT and NXT UK Women's Championships

Also getting the unification treatment will be the NXT and NXT UK Women's Titles. This match has an added twist, though. Joining Mandy Rose and Meiko Satomura will be Blair Davenport. Even though she won't bring a title to the table, Davenport claims she's the number one contender, and the champions seemed to agree.

Davenport being added to this match rather than saved to face the winner makes it seem as if she's going to win. Rose has been champion for over 300 days, and Satomura might not have a place in NXT after Worlds Collide, making Davenport the most likely to win.

Carmelo Hayes vs. Ricochet for the NXT North American Championship

The final edition of NXT prior to Worlds Collide was packed with main roster stars stopping by to wish various competitors luck. Ricochet closed the show by doing nothing of the sort. He stopped by to issue a challenge to Carmelo Hayes for the North American Title. A challenge Hayes accepted, giving Ricochet a chance to win back the highest honor he held while in NXT.

This match is almost nailed on to be the best one of the night. Hayes has bags of talent, and this will be the best chance he has ever had to show it off. It also seems a given that he will win this one, and Ricochet will make sure he looks good doing it.

Katana Chance and Kayden Carter vs. Nikki ASH and Doudrop for the NXT Women's Tag Team Championships

Kayden Carter and Katana Chance were a little disappointed when they didn't have challengers for Worlds Collide a few days out from the event. Nikki ASH and Dourdrop quickly rectified that, arriving before Ricochet which meant they were technically the first Superstars to make this even about more than just NXT and NXT UK. Plus they're both British, so even more in keeping with the show's theme.

Carter and Chance were the only established women's tag team for such a long time, it would be a shame to see their title reign come to an end so soon. Unless ASH and Doudrop will be sticking around, in which case it would be cool to see them win and the current champs have to chase them to win the titles back.

Gallus vs. Pretty Deadly vs. The Creed Brothers vs. Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen for the NXT and NXT UK Tag Team Championships

Last but not least when it comes to title unification matches, four teams will be vying to become both the NXT and NXT UK Tag Team Champions at Worlds Collide. Gallus originally came to take the British titles back to the UK. That has resulted in effectively the whole division brawling every week and this match being made.

Speaking of Gallus, they seem to be the best pick to win this match. Definitely the most experienced and worth putting the titles on if they're going to be kept around. A shame for The Creeds, but they've got their own stuff going on with the Diamond Mine split.
