The reputation of The Outsiders made Kevin Nash and Scott Hall two of the most controversial figures in wrestling history. Backstage heat followed Hall and Nash through each stage of their careers. WWE witnessed them rubbing others the wrong way as part of the powerful Kliq backstage faction with Shawn Michaels, Triple H and Sean Waltman.RELATED: 10 Most Embarrassing Moments In Scott Hall's CareerWCW would see The Outsiders becoming even more polarizing due to their reportedly toxic attitudes making others feel uneasy after coming in with massive contracts. Even their return to WWE in the New World Order created new enemies. Hall and Nash rubbed the following wrestlers the wrong way in the backstage environment.

10 The Rock

The Rock Sharpshooter

Kevin Nash recently apologized to The Rock for their backstage issues working together in WWE. Vince McMahon bringing in the New World Order trio to feud with Steve Austin and Rock led to many unhappy campers in the WWE locker room.

Nash didn’t try to cool down the heat and even doubled down by being difficult to work with a top star like Rock. The social media apology of Nash saw him revealing he was insecure trying to hold his spot. Rock accepted his apology and the two seem to have become friendly again.

9 Bryan Clark

Wrath WCW

Both odd WWE and WCW stints for Bryan Clark led to him running into issues with The Outsiders. Clark struggled with his Adam Bomb character and publicly criticized The Kliq’s negative presence backstage holding down him and others.

WCW would lead to even bigger issues with The Outsiders. Kevin Nash beating Clark during his time as Wrath after a winning streak would ruin any momentum. Clark didn’t enjoy Hall nor Nash and was not afraid to express that in interviews.

8 Bam Bam Bigelow

Bam Bam Bigelow

Scott Hall particularly upset Bam Bam Bigelow with his presence in the WWE locker room. The petty mind games of the Kliq featured Hall badmouthing Shawn Michaels in the locker room to see which other talents would bury his friend.

Bigelow was one of the names to end up suffering from that game as he believed this was why his WWE push fizzled out. The Kliq witnessed Bam Bam becoming one of the first wrestlers to speak out about them publicly after his release.

7 The Nasty Boys

The Nasty Boys

The WCW run of The Outsiders saw them taking over the WCW tag division. Not only did Scott Hall and Kevin Nash win the WCW Tag Team Championship right away, but they ended up having backstage heat with other teams.

The Nasty Boys got on their bad side, despite being close friends of their New World Order leader Hulk Hogan. Jerry Sags felt that Hall took a stiff shot to him during a match and it led to them scrapping for real in the ring.

6 Bob Holly

Hardcore Holly on WWE's ECW brand

The locker room presence of Bob Holly saw him often accused of being a bully, but he also stood up to those trying to bully him or others. Holly ran into issues with Kevin Nash and Scott Hall during their time together in WWE during the New Generation Era.

The autobiography of Holly made it clear that he strongly disliked the members of the Kliq for bullying and burying others. Holly claimed that he flat out warned Hall and Nash to not get in his crosshairs or it would get ugly since he wouldn’t take their bullying like others did.

5 Bret Hart

Bret Hart

Bret Hart was typically against the wrestlers who used backstage politics to their advantage like Shawn Michaels and Hulk Hogan. There was a respect with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash that eventually wore thin for The Hitman.

Hart spoke against all members of the Kliq for their WWE antics, even though he admitted to loving working with Nash. The WCW run would see Bret calling everyone out, from the wrestlers creating a terrible atmosphere to the boss for letting them do it.

4 Eddie Guerrero

Eddie-Guerrero-1

WCW saw many of the cruiserweights disrespected by the bigger names on the card. Kevin Nash often buried the smaller talents in WCW when asking about why they were not getting pushed in out of character interviews.

The term “vanilla midget” was used by Nash to insult Eddie Guerrero and his friend group. Eddie took shots at Nash in WWE documentaries about what killed WCW. Even the WWE run would see Guerrero guarded when Nash and Scott Hall were once again his co-workers.

3 Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho Cruiserweight Champion

Chris Jericho felt the same level of disrespect for being a smaller young rising star in WCW trying to get over. Scott Hall was the one who ran into issues with Jericho due to alleged bullying in the locker room with weekly insults.

Jericho revealed that Scott Norton and Meng talking him into defending himself led against Hall. The story of Jericho claimed that Hall backed down like a classic bully when confronted. Kevin Nash also ran into issues with Jericho as the two struggled to work their feud together.

2 Bubba Ray Dudley

The WWE signing of Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall by Vince McMahon upset many WWE stars since that trio helped contribute to WCW’s locker room falling apart. Hall and Nash specifically wanted to make other wrestlers feel uneasy with them.

The first comments from Hall when meeting Bubba Ray Dudley was that he loved the 3D finisher, and he couldn’t wait to kick out of it. Bubba rightfully felt disrespected that Hall made it clear he wanted to kick out of their protected finish as a form of burying him and D-Von.

1 Goldberg

Goldberg United States Champion

The WCW ascension of Goldberg saw him as the only young star to break into that main event core with the legends in 1998. Goldberg did deal with a lot of backstage politics of the bigger names putting thoughts into his head.

Kevin Nash and Scott Hall were viewed as the master manipulators looking to harm Goldberg’s push. The decades going by still sees Goldberg ranting about Nash ending his undefeated streak and burying Hall for having a cowardly presence backstage. The Outsiders have fired back by mocking Goldberg’s serious demeanor and touching on the sore subject of his streak ending in interviews.
