In the wrestling world, there are lots of romances that are pushed on television that are not real, yet behind the scenes, there are also plenty that blossoms into legitimate relationships over time. Connections that build due to spending life on the road, some of these ends up becoming incredibly popular among wrestling fans.
While couples such as Triple H and Stephanie McMahon or even failed relationships like Nikki Bella and John Cena are memorable parts of WWE history, there are some that end up being forgotten about. Whether it is because they're kept private, or that others just get more of the spotlight, not every relationship between wrestlers can connect with audiences.
10 Carmella & Big Cass
Carmella and Big Cass were a popular couple when they first got together, particularly because they were part of a group alongside Enzo Amore. It was something fans were happy to hear about at that time, but their relationship ultimately didn't end up working out, which is one reason why people have forgotten about them.
Even though they were showcased on Total Divas together as a couple, they have not become one that fans typically talk about anymore. Carmella is now happily married to Corey Graves, which is the relationship people best associate with her at this stage.

Both Matt Cardona and Tenille Dashwood are now happily in other relationships with other professional wrestlers, with Cardona being married to Chelsea Green while Dashwood dates Madcap Moss. However, during their stints in WWE, the two were in a relationship.
Neither of them were being pushed as major names during their relationship which likely stopped them from being an iconic wrestling relationship that fans were going to talk about a lot over time.
8 Bobby Lashley & Kristal Marshall
Bobby Lashley and Kristal Marshall were a couple that fans did know about a lot during one point when they were together, as the two were popular as a couple. However, because Marshall ended up moving on from the wrestling business, her relationship status is something people have forgotten about.
However, she was a huge part of Lashley's life, particularly because they have two children together. They are still in regular contact because of that, with the two working together as parents, even though they are no longer romantically involved.
7 Darby Allin & Gigi Dolin
Because Darby Allin and Gigi Dolin currently work for two different promotions, a lot of fans have no idea that they even know each other, let alone were married at one point. However, that is very much the case, with these two wrestlers having once been in a legitimate relationship that they took to the point of a wedding.
Unfortunately, things didn't work out between them, and they ended up parting ways, but they politely did that with the two having remained peaceful and friendly with each other. Despite that, they are not a couple that most fans are aware of at all.

Brock Lesnar is one of the most private wrestlers to have ever graced the industry, and because of that, the majority of wrestling fans know nothing about his private life, including his relationship status. However, he has been married to Sable for many years, with the couple having a family together.
It's something that they have kept extremely private for the most part, and because fans typically think about Lesnar's second run with WWE at this point, a lot of people forget they ever shared the roster during their careers, which is how they met.
5 Bayley & Aaron Solo
Bayley is a very popular WWE Superstar, but that doesn't mean fans have remembered her previous relationship with now-AEW star Aaron Solo. However, initially when they were a couple Solo was not someone being featured on television, and was an independent wrestler making a name for himself.
Because of that, a lot of fans weren't aware of the relationship between him and Bayley even when they were at the height of their relationship when they got engaged. However, the two split up, and that led to most people forgetting about them as a couple.
4 Alexa Bliss & Buddy Matthews
There was a time in Alexa Bliss' career when she worked as a valet for Blake & Murphy as a tag team, and she played a big role in helping to get them over as a duo in NXT. However, behind the scenes, Bliss ended up starting a relationship with Murphy, who is now known as Buddy Matthews in AEW.
The two of them were together for a while, and even got engaged at one stage in their relationship. However, things didn't work out, Bliss is now married to another man while Matthews dates Rhea Ripley, with this particular relationship having been forgotten.
3 Mickie James & John Cena
Mickie James and John Cena are two legendary names in the wrestling business, therefore it would be easy to presume fans recall them being in a relationship, but that isn't the case. Because their time together was such a long time ago, most people have completely forgotten they were ever together.
Cena had such a prominent relationship with Nikki Bella that was pushed heavily on reality television, and while that one didn't end up working out it is one fans always remember. Plus, James is married to Nick Aldis, which is another relationship that fans are more familiar with.
2 Charlotte Flair & Alberto Del Rio
Charlotte Flair is currently married to Andrade El Idolo, which is a relationship that people are very aware of, but previously the Queen had been involved romantically with Alberto Del Rio. The former WWE Champion is not someone that has a positive reputation among fans, but he did date Flair briefly.
Their relationship was a short one, and that is ultimately why the majority of fans aren't aware of the fact that they dated, and that was even the case at the time while it was happening due to the fact it got very little publicity.
1 Dolph Ziggler & Dana Brooke
Dolph Ziggler has dated a few women in the wrestling industry, and Dana Brooke happens to be one of them. They were together for a while, but their partnership wasn't something that got tons of coverage by media outlets, or via social media which led to most people forgetting about it.
They were quite private about the relationship at that time, and most fans just paid no attention to it as things were going on. However, Brooke and Ziggler were an item for a little while, having met in WWE.
