Peacock and WWE have removed an episode of Story Time from the Network that made light of Ric Flair flashing flight attendants.

Dark Side of the Ring returned for the second half of season three this week, covering WWE's infamous Plane Ride From Hell. Suffice to say the episode may have made bigger waves than any to have come before it. In particular, the coverage and resurfacing of an alleged incident between Ric Flair and a flight attendant aboard the flight.

Heidi Doyle, who was interviewed for the episode of Dark Side, retold a story from that day in which she was allegedly sexually assaulted by Ric Flair. Flair has denied the allegations in the past and it's assumed they were a part of a lawsuit between Doyle and WWE that was settled out of court years ago.

That hasn't stopped the incident from making headlines once again thanks to Dark Side, and a number of wrestling promotions have felt the need to react accordingly following what was shown. Flair might have been released by WWE earlier this year, but he still has a big presence in the company via the WWE Network. That includes an episode of the animated show Story Time in which a cartoon version of The Nature Boy is shown flashing flight attendants.

No More Story Time For The Nature Boy

The clip, which you can check out above along with a similar one from Flair's 30 for 30, features Flair recalling a different time he sported his robe on a flight and opened it up to show flight attendants what was underneath. While no official statement has been released by either party, it would appear Peacock and WWE have quickly made the decision to remove the episode from the Network.

Impact Wrestling has also reacted to the episode following comments made by Tommy Dreamer. Dreamer, who was also aboard the Plane Ride From Hell, defended Flair's actions on the show and labelled what he allegedly did to the flight attendant as nothing more than a gag. Impact has suspended Dreamer for his comments, stating that what he said is not in keeping with the promotion's values.
