Chavo Guerrero is another wrestler that ended up undergoing cosmetic surgery during his career as he opted to get a hair transplant. It's something that he has always been very open about, and he even ended up being involved in an advertisement for the surgery at one point.
Guerrero's hair was thinning at one stage, and he opted to do something to change that. He now shaves his head completely, opting for a bald look, therefore this is something a lot of fans won't be able to pick up on. However, he did get the surgery earlier in his life, at a time when he wanted that specific look.

DDP even got mocked by Big Show when he first appeared with his fresh look, as the giant got into the ring and dressed as him, which included Big Show pointing out the teeth change that he had made.

2 Paul Bearer
Paul Bearer is one of the most iconic managers in wrestling history, and his work alongside The Undertaker is legendary. However, he dealt with some weight troubles at different points in his career, and when he was brought back in 2004 it became an issue for him, with the company concerned about the situation.
Bearer weighed 525 pounds at that time, and WWE stepped in to help him. The company paid for Bearer to have liposuction, and he ended up losing 120 pounds, which was incredibly impressive.
1 Claudio Castagnoli
Claudio Castagnoli was involved in one of the most well-known injuries in WWE history when he had his teeth knocked upwards into his gums. It provided a crazy visual which fans certainly remember to this day, and he had to get cosmetic surgery to fix the issue.
