However, while there are some of the greatest wrestling talents of all time within this family that people are aware of, there are also a lot of wrestlers that people don't know about as well, with some surprising stars in the Anoa'i family. Whether it's because their star isn't the brightest, or just because it never really came up, these wrestlers are still very much part of the Anoa'i clan.

9 Sean Maluta

Sean Maluta might not be a name that has broken out in the wrestling world just yet, but he is a member of the Anoa'i family tree. Maluta has been around for a while now and has appeared for WWE in both NXT and the Cruiserweight Classic.

However, he never got a true singles push in order to actually establish himself to the wider wrestling world. However, he is an Anoa'i family member as his uncle is the legendary Afa, who is one of the most respected members of the family.

8 Rosey

Because Rosey had such a unique gimmick, working alongside The Hurricane as a superhero, many fans didn't tap into the fact that he was a member of the Anoa'i family. Rosey was a tremendous heavyweight talent who could move with real pace around the ring, which is a trait of those in this bloodline.

Rosey sadly passed away in 2017, but his legacy is a tremendous one. His father was Sika, which actually makes Rosey the brother of Roman Reigns, which is a fact that a lot of wrestling fans also aren't aware of.

7 Naomi

Naomi is someone that has married into the family, rather than being blood related. Her relationship with Jimmy Uso is something that a lot of people are aware of, but not everybody knows that are actually married in real life.

However, because she was able to marry the popular tag team wrestler, she instantly became a member of the Anoa'i family. She may not have been brought up with the family, but her in-ring style means that she would fit right in with the rest of them.

6 Manu

Manu makes his entrance

Fans might recall Manu being a member of Legacy alongside Ted DiBiase Jr. and Cody Rhodes, and it was made clear during that time that he was part of the Anoa'i family. He is the son of Afa, which is how he is linked with the family, but a lot of people likely forget that fact.

The main reason for that is because he didn't really fit into the group. When people think about Legacy, they go to Dibiase Jr. and Rhodes, not Manu. His WWE career was a flop and while he is part of the legendary family, it didn't lead to major success for him.

5 Sefa Fatu

Sefa Fatu is actually the younger brother of The Usos, being the son of WWE Hall Of Famer, Rikishi. As a result of that, he is part of a very famous and well-known section of the family, which will no doubt lead to him being somebody that everyone knows.

However, because he is only at the start of his career, having just been signed by the company, a lot of wrestling fans are unaware of who he is. This could change if he is able to make an impact in the company, just as his brothers have done.

4 LA Smooth

LA Smooth wrestled under a variety of different names, but for ECW this was how he would be known. He is another member of the Anoa'i family, and he is the son of Afa, being one of three children, although he isn't a member of the family that people talk about a lot.

He isn't somebody that had huge championship success and because of that, he wasn't somebody that the wrestling world remembers too much. Him being a part of the family is just one of those fun facts that most don't know about.

3 Lance Anoa'i

Lance Anoa'i is a young member of the family and somebody who is still making his mark in the professional wrestling. As a result of that, a lot of wrestling fans aren't aware of who he is, although he did get the chance to appear on Monday Night Raw.

The son of Samu was brought in by WWE to wrestle against Shane McMahon as the company pushed a storyline involving Roman Reigns. But this wasn't a moment that people remember either.

Because he isn't part of the wrestling industry, a lot of people may not be familiar with Tanoai Reed. He is the cousin of The Rock and it is with him that he gets a lot of his work. That's because Reed is actually The Rock's stunt double for his movie roles.

In addition to that, Reed appears in other music videos and movies, but people may best know him as Toa from the 2008 relaunch of the American Gladiators show, which allowed him to thrive on his own as one of the stars.

1 Gary Albright

Gary Albright is best remembered for his work in Japan, competing for the AJPW promotion. He was a talented wrestler but not somebody that anybody would have expected to be a member of the Anoa'i family, but truth is often stranger than fiction.

He actually married into the family due to his relationship with Monica, who is the daughter of Afa. Sadly, Gary passed away during a match, collapsing in the middle of the ring as he suffered a heart attack.
