Robert Lewandowski came off the bench and had perhaps the most dominant nine minutes, not just in the history of soccer, but perhaps all of sports. The Polish striker subbed in for Bayern Munich in a tilt with Wolfsburg and netted goals in the 51st, 52nd, 55th, 57th and 60th minute.
Just when it seemed Lewandowski couldn't get any more brilliant in his finishing touch, his goals just kept getting nicer and nicer. He was a man among boys. Among the records Lewandowksi set were being the first Bundesliga player to sub in and score more than a hat trick, as well as the quickest Bundesliga hat trick.
No observer anywhere can say this was anything short of legendary.
