The Princess of WWE, Stephanie McMahon grew up in the business of professional wrestling and has really made a name for herself in WWE. She is the daughter of Vince McMahon and Linda McMahon, but she is highly educated and earned her position as Cheif Brand Officer for the company.

Being a high-level executive for WWE may have its perks but Stephanie McMahon has done a lot of things in her career that might not look the best in today's world. She is a mother, a businesswoman, and one of the top representatives of the company. With all of those things combined, it would make sense that WWE would want the fans to forget some of those not-so-classy moments of her career.

10 Her Debut

Stephanie McMahon made her on-screen debut in early 1999 when she was just 23 years old. She played the "sweet and innocence" character that was Mr. McMahon's daughter. Her debut was to help fuel the feud between Mr. McMahon and The Undertaker.

As part of the storyline, The Undertaker and his faction stalked Stephanie and then kidnapped her. It resulted in Taker trying to crucify her and then marry her. Ultimately, she was saved by Stone Cold Steve Austin.

9 Test

One of the other early storylines that Stephanie McMahon had in her career was when she was in an on-screen relationship with Test. They held a relationship on-screen for a few months and she served as Test's valet for most of it. The two competed against Shane McMahon at one point but mainly fought with Jeff Jarrett and Debra.

This was until Triple H started feuding with Vince McMahon. As Stephanie was set to marry Test, Triple H ended up doing so instead. Considering that a lot of her career has revolved around Triple H, it would make sense for WWE to forget about any love interests before him.

8 Eric Bischoff

In 2002, the brand split was in full effect and SmackDown needed a General Manager to guide the brand. Stephanie McMahon returned after a while off of TV and was appointed the new GM of SmackDown opposite of RAW's Eric Bischoff.

The two feuded back and forth for a few months as fans were still getting used to the idea of having two separate rosters. The part that WWE would want fans to forget was a very awkward moment that the two shared on the SmackDown Halloween episode. Bischoff entered a Halloween party in a Vince McMahon costume. He then kissed Stephanie on the lips. What a weird twist to the storyline.

7 Spanking Segments

Stephanie McMahon is an active woman, so in the times that WWE wanted to sexualize their product, they would lean on active women to appeal to their fan base. She has had two notable segments where stars talked about spanking the behind of the Billion Dollar Princess.

One of which involved Steve Austin who threatened to bend her over his knee and give her a spanking. More notably was a segment with John Cena back in his "Doctor of Thuganomics" days. He was rapping about his current storyline and he offered to spank Stephanie. She then bent over and allowed him to do so.

6 Unfavorable Matches

McMahon talks the talk, but she can also walk the walk when it comes to competing in the ring. She has had her fair share of matches and put in the work to train for them. The problem is that she is not an active wrestler and some of her matches were unfavorable due to multiple reasons.

There were matches that did not meet up to the athletic abilities of her opponents. For example, she has competed against the likes of Brie Bella, Ronda Rousey, and Trish Stratus. Then some matches were way out of the left-field like an "I Quit" Match with her father that ended in a mess with their family. Finally, she had matches that humiliated her, like when she was attacked by Brock Lesnar and ended up in mud after a match with Vickie Guerrero.

5 Randy Orton Attacks

As the wife of Triple H, Stephanie McMahon has been heavily featured in storylines that revolved around him throughout the years. In 2009, Randy Orton and Legacy started a feud with the McMahon family. This led to some hard-fought battles between Triple H and Orton leading up to WrestleMania 25. When it came to brutal attacks, Stephanie got the worst of it. Randy Orton handcuffed Triple H to the ropes and made him watch as he kissed Stephanie, then beat her up. Overall the assault made fans feel uncomfortable and would not be suitable for WWE today.

4 Segments With Chris Jericho

Stephanie and Jericho

In early 2022, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were in a storyline with the very entertaining Chris Jericho. As Jericho is well known for his skills on the microphone, he made quick work of insulting McMahon and saying not-so-favorable things about her personality.

She would then align herself with Jericho, and from there Triple H would return the favor but say even worse things about McMahon. Overall, even though it was a storyline and it was humorous, it really painted a bad picture of McMahon.

3 Her "Divorce"

Around the same time as the storyline with Chris Jericho, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon got divorced. In fear that she was going to lose Triple H, Stephanie pretended to be pregnant in hopes that it would make him want to renew their marital vows.

Ultimately, this resulted in Triple H finding out that she was lying and leaving her. Triple H would even get physical with Stephanie, pie-facing her to the ground. In today's world, something like this would not go over well, and it would make sense that WWE would want to put this storyline in the rearview.

2 Rumors With The Macho Man

"Macho Man" Randy Savage is seen as one of the greatest wrestlers ever and is still beloved by many fans. Throughout his career, there was a lot of bad blood between Mr. McMahon and Savage due to a variety of reasons.

The rumor going around was that McMahon was not happy that Savage was having a love affair with his only daughter. Many joked around backstage about it, but the romance has never been confirmed.

1 How She Got Married

For McMahon's true love story to Triple H, WWE had a very professional wrestling way of bringing it to the television screen. In 1999, during the storyline with Test, Triple H kidnapped and drugged Stephanie McMahon.

He would then proceed to take her to a drive-thru wedding chapel in Las Vegas and convinced the officiant to pronounce the marriage. It was one of the most shocking things to ever happen on WWE TV, and fans were really taken back by it. In real life, the two had a traditional wedding in 2003, but a storyline that involves kidnapping and drugging someone and then marrying them against their will would just not work on TV today.
