Creating Women's Tag Team Titles was a great idea on paper, but in reality, the company has booked them very poorly. Sasha Banks and Bayley were the first women to hold the titles, and with their star power and fan connection, it should have helped make the titles a big deal.

WWE will happily talk about Bayley's epic run as SmackDown Women's Champion, and the fact that she was one of the greatest performers of the pandemic era. However, when it came to WrestleMania 37, the company ended up having nothing for her to do.

Segments being done for the sake of comedy always run the risk of falling flat, and when it came to Bayley and Sasha Banks' friend zone storyline, that was the case. Dr. Shelby was brought back here by WWE, and it was clear that the company was trying to recreate the famous anger management work from Team Hell No.
Those segments were classic, but the same cannot be said for these, as they fell flat every week. The over-the-top comedic ideas were not good, and neither was the acting. They didn't have the same feeling overall, with these moments not likely to be brought up by WWE.

Bayley's 2017 feud with Alexa Bliss was arguably the worst of her entire career, and a big part of that was their match at Extreme Rules. The company had pushed Alexa as a top heel, trash-talking Bayley for weeks in the build-up, so fans naturally thought this was time for revenge.

Bayley's time as NXT Women's Champion was a big deal for her, but when it came to who she feuded with, there were a few lackluster opponents involved. The company pushed Bayley a lot in this moment, as far as how talented she was, and her ability to tell a story.
That led to her feuding over the title with Eva Marie, which is something that the company will likely not be bringing up. It wasn't a classic storyline, and the in-ring work wasn't great either, which WWE won't choose to highlight.
3 Mandatory In-Ring Training Led To Injury
Bayley has been out of action for almost a year now due to a serious knee injury, and while that happens all the time in wrestling, the situation is different with her. She got hurt when training at the WWE Performance Center, which is something that WWE forced upon her.

The This Is Your Life segment between Bayley and Alexa Bliss is one of the worst in Monday Night Raw history. From start to finish, this was a disaster that the live crowd hated, with the script being set to make Bayley look like one of the worst wrestlers around.
WWE positioned her as a complete loser, and when she hit the ring to try and gain some revenge, Alexa ended up beating her up again. It's a moment that she would rather forget about, and WWE would probably wish that this situation had never taken place.
