Sasha Banks was a big deal in NXT, but when she was brought to the main roster, that wasn't necessarily reflected. This was during the time that WWE decided to just create lots of trios groups. Sasha was placed into Team B.A.D. which consisted of herself, Tamina, and Naomi.
The idea of the group was nice, but they didn't end up making much of an impact in reality. It was a shame to see them thrown together in a wasteful manner, as there was never a clear goal or storyline, which meant her debut run on the main roster was a flop, which WWE will not want to remind people of.

Sasha Banks being part of The Mandalorian was a huge moment for her. Joining one of the biggest shows in television right now, and a major franchise in Star Wars was something that was always going to drive her star value up. Because of that, WWE made the most of it, pushing the fact she was involved.
However, what the company will not talk about is how she was given that role. Of course, Sasha was a big star in wrestling before that, but it was an appearance on the YouTube talk show Hot Ones that led to the director learning about her. It wasn't a WrestleMania appearance or a great match that got her the part, instead, it was a talk show where she ate chicken wings.
8 Everyone Hated The Legit Boss
The Legit Boss is a gimmick that took Sasha Banks to the next level, and allowed her to become a genuine star in wrestling. She went from being a talented wrestler to someone that fans could invest in. The character itself instantly caught on, and it seems like a no-brainer, with this being something that WWE will always promote.
However, everybody in the company originally hated it. Because of how successful it ended up being, WWE won't admit that it wasn't something they did not like. But, it was only Dusty Rhodes who got behind the character, with the legendary wrestler clearly seeing a benefit in it, which was the right call.
7 Not Happy With Ronda Rousey's Pay
Ronda Rousey has been a controversial talent since she was brought in, as is the case with any outside star. One person who was not always impressed with the former UFC star signing was Sasha Banks. She was unhappy about the pay that Ronda was receiving, believing that she deserved to be paid the same.
It's something that didn't end up being too much of an issue, and that was clear by the fact they had a brilliant match together. However, Sasha being unhappy with the pay situation isn't something that WWE wants the fans to know about.
6 No More Hell In A Cell Matches
When it comes to the Hell in a Cell stipulation, Sasha Banks has been the true queen. She has competed in the match three times, working against Charlotte Flair, Bayley, and Becky Lynch in separate singles matches. They were all excellent encounters, with Banks putting herself through some serious bumps to make that happen.
However, she has zero interest in doing those matches again. WWE will likely think otherwise, and even if she isn't set to be part of another one, the company might want to tease the stipulation with a storyline, therefore they won't want people to know she has no desire to have another.
5 Ending Paige's Career
Bumps, bruises, and injuries take place in wrestling on a regular basis, and accidents always happen. Unfortunately, during a live event, a move that Sasha Banks hit on Paige was the one that ended her wrestling career. The talents themselves weren't aware of how serious the situation was at the time, but this ended up being Paige's last ever match.
Her neck injury was so severe that she had to retire, which was an upsetting and unfortunate situation. While Paige holds no ill-will toward Banks at all for this, it is still something that WWE will never bring up, as it doesn't make Banks look great.

The longest spell of time she has held the title is just 34 days, which is very short in comparison to the other women who have had the chance to be champion. Her poor run with this title doesn't suit the idea that she's one of the best in the world, so WWE will keep the length of her runs on top quiet.
2 Trying To Face Legends
Trish Stratus and Lita are two legendary names who have returned to face current talent several times. Whether it is in tag team bouts or singles encounters, but they have not worked with Sasha Banks. However, that isn't through a lack of trying on her behalf, as Sasha has pushed for these matches.
She and Bayley wanted to face them at WrestleMania 35 in a tag team match, which never happened. She's gone back and forth with Trish on Twitter in order to try and make a match happen. However, the company has never gone along with it.
1 She Wanted To Quit WWE
This is something that WWE would never want to promote, as pushing the idea that one of their top talents wanted to quit the company is a situation that doesn't make them look great. However, that was the situation, with Sasha Banks attempting to quit in 2019, following her WrestleMania 35 performance.
Banks took time away from the company, spending several months away from the ring before she made her return. That's because Vince McMahon personally persuaded her not to quit, and instead take the time to recharge and return when she was ready. It highlights how highly he values her, but it isn't something he will be bragging about.
