AEW boss Tony Khan reckons there's no such thing as a full roster when it comes to wrestling. The new company has been making waves lately, given its mega signings and Khan appears in no mood to slow down.

The Jacksonville Jaguars co-owner has to be satisfied with the success the brand has seen so far and, speaking ahead of annual PPV, All Out, discussed whether he felt the AEW roster was close to being full following recent signings such as CM Punk.

Khan noted that pro wrestling has no salary cap, as opposed to sports leagues such as the NFL and NBA so AEW isn't bound by a specific limit when it comes to employing or paying superstars. He added that the intent is for AEW to keep evolving and growing so new faces will be key to the company achieving its objectives in that regard.

A Lot More To Come

Khan also pointed out that every signing does not have to be an established wrestler like Jon Moxley and the brand is also looking to build wrestlers from the bottom up, which has been evidenced by the lesser-known stars who have gone on to make a name for themselves since the company started getting shows on television. The president claimed to be keen on performers who could come in and enhance the brand at every level, while all spots on the card will be given the same consideration.

ric flair

It is expected that more wrestlers will join up as the weeks go by, including big names such as Daniel Bryan and Adam Cole. Other former WWE stars like Ric Flair and Braun Strowman are also rumored to be future AEW names.
