WWE is advertising several major superstars for the Clash at the Castle 2022 pay-per-view, which will run at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on Sept. 3.

On Friday morning, WWE posted the following Clash at the Castle graphic which features Drew McIntyre, Roman Reigns, Bianca Belair, Cody Rhodes, Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins and Edge:

Clash at the Castle will mark the first WWE pay-per-view to take place inside the United Kingdom since SummerSlam 1992. The latter was held in London, England on Aug. 29, 1992 at the legendary Wembley Stadium. Clash at the Castle will also mark WWE's third stadium pay-per-view over a two-month span. Money in the Bank 2022 will take place on July 2 in Allegiant Stadium (home of the NFL's Las Vegas Raiders), in Paradise, Nevada.

SummerSlam 2022 will run on July 30 at Nissan Stadium (home of the NFL's Tennessee Titans), in Nashville, Tennessee). With so many tickets to sell at stadium events compared to arena shows, one can expect WWE to greatly stack up the card for events like Money in the Bank, SummerSlam and Clash at the Castle.

What About Brock Lesnar & Ronda Rousey?

As previously noted, WWE will have a plethora of tickets to sell for stadium events. For Vince McMahon, that usually means bringing in marquee part-time talents like Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey, Goldberg and occasionally John Cena and Shane McMahon.

Rousey became the SmackDown Women's Champion by defeating Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania Backlash. Lesnar hasn't been featured on WWE programming since losing his "Winner Takes All" title unification bout to Reigns at WrestleMania 38. If Rousey is still holding the title come Sept. 3, WWE will surely want to include her in the Clash at the Castle Card. As for Lesnar, it would be quite surprising if he didn't return to WWE before Clash at the Castle, especially with two marquee pay-per-views (Money in the Bank and SummerSlam) just around the corner.
