With just two weeks until WWE's biggest show of the year, reports are that Triple H is struggling over one of WrestleMania 39's biggest decisions. As per a report by the popular Twitter account @WrestleVotes, the head of creative for WWE still hasn't fully decided on who's going to win the match between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship.

The report comes via WrestleTalk where it's noted that everything is still up in the air. The outcome "is contingent on if / when Reigns eventually loses the titles. As of now, those plans are not certain." In other words, WWE wants to eventually remove the titles from Roman Reigns, but because he's had such a long run and he's been the big draw, removing the belts is not an easy decision. It's something WWE can't take back once they pull the trigger, which expectedly, has led to reservations about a title change at WrestleMania 39.

The report comes not long after news that Reigns might be ready to take a long break from WWE. They noted that his break might be contingent on whether he's putting over Cody and the belts change hands. If Triple H decides to keep the titles around Reigns' waist, his break might be delayed. If they pull the trigger on a switch and Cody walks away as the champion, Roman might be gone for a while. It would make sense if it was a key factor in the decision Triple H ultimately makes.

Triple H's Biggest Decision To Date?

Since taking over the company's creative duties, this booking decision might be Triple H's biggest to date. In a way, it's like having The Undertaker's streak end. The wrong decision might be something fans remember and could be something that always sticks with Triple H, haunting him for the rest of his booking career. If Cody turns out to be a great champion, it's a great call. If he doesn't, taking the titles off of the best champion in the last decade would be seen as a monumental mistake.

Having one champion be as dominant as he's been for so long is a great thing. At the same time, it makes the call to remove the titles from that person just that much harder.
