During his interview with Ariel Helwani, Triple H talked a number of topics related to his promotion in WWE, the direction of the product, Vince's involvement (or lack thereof), and potential returns. When asked about The Rock, he noted that he's the name everyone wants to know about and said it's simply a matter of whether Dwayne Johnson can juggle everything he's juggling as the world's most recognizable face and biggest influencer.
The Game talked about how The Rock has fully admitted there is nothing like the feeling of working in WWE and in front of the fans. Saying he'll never get the goosebumps in Hollywood that he gets when he's performing live in the ring, Triple H talked about the potential for The Rock to have one more match and said that's really up to the star's schedule. "When you're the, arguably, most recognizable man on the planet, the most famous actor in Hollywood, probably the most in-demand social media influencer out there, you're busy." He also talked about how being that busy is fluid and that at one moment you could feel like you gotta do this, and then something changes your focus and you gotta do that.
He noted that he tried to work with The Rock at WrestleMania and they shot some video for it. Things came up in his schedule and The Rock was no longer available.
Triple H Knows The Rock Wants One More Match
Saying that there's nothing that gives the same rush as working in WWE, "I know he knows that," said Triple H. He said he knows there's a burning desire to feel that at least one more time. Unfortunately, the clock is ticking on whether The Rock can have another match. While he looks like a million bucks, looking the part and being able to take the punishment that comes with having a match are two different things.
"If there's a time, it is becoming now," said Triple H.
