Changes to WWE's product should be expected in the months ahead as the promotion begins to shift away from Vince McMahon's sports entertainment preferences.

Jerry Jarrett, the father of Jeff Jarrett, was recently asked what he thought will change in WWE now that Triple H is in charge of the creative side of things during The Gathering in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jarrett offered some information likely acquired from someone within WWE who claims HHH is looking to move away from McMahon's way of doing things.

"They didn't tell me not to tell anybody. So I'll tell you," Jarrett said (H/T WrestlingNews.co). "Hunter called, this week, the Raw crew and the SmackDown crew and said, 'My father-in-law and Stephanie's father.

"We admire him and we respect him. He reached success that we would never know without him, but we don't know how to do it his way, and we're not going to try. We're going to try a new way.'... and I think the new way is to put wrestling instead of sports entertainment. I mean, I that's pure speculation on my part."

Changes Are Already Afoot Under Triple H

It was evident this week that WWE has mainly done away with the goofy bits and is already changing its weekly show. On Raw, for example, there was no 24/7 Title segment.

Some of the talent who had been released were also welcomed back. Dakota Kai, Io Shirai, Karrion Kross and Scarlett have all been thrust into prominent storylines on their respective brands thus far. More released performers are also expected to be approached about returning.
