The big thing that everyone is talking about is Sasha Banks and Naomi walking out on WWE and that has led to another revelation from a former WWE Superstar who said that Vince McMahon told him he didn't understand why he was so popular.

Speaking on the Busted Open show, ECW Original Tommy Dreamer touched on what was happening with the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions (or should I say 'former'.) by sharing a story about his own interaction with the boss, Vince McMahon.

"I've been blessed to have been able to sit down and have one-on-ones with Vince. Vince has literally said to me, 'I don't know why the fans like you so much.' And he's also said, 'I can't beat you enough and they still like you.' It's a big thing trying to change someone's perspective of you," he said (h/t Sportskeeda)

Tommy Dreamer On Trying To Change Vince McMahon's Perceptions Following Banks/Naomi Walkout

Sasha Banks and Naomi are alleged to have walked out on Monday Night RAW forcing WWE to change their plans for the main event. The reason is reported to have been because of the company's handling of the Women's Tag-Team Division, with both Banks and Naomi being left frustrated at the lack of focus and direction.

Dreamer went on to say that sometimes obstacles do get put in front of you, and added how he responded to Vince questioning why he was so popular.

He added: "And just like in life, there are obstacles that get put in front of you. My response back to when Vince said that, and I go, 'Could you imagine if I actually won how those people would react to me?' And he did his own reboot. You cannot change certain people's perception about you."

It is unclear how the Sasha Banks and Naomi situation will resolve itself at this time.
