With that said, it's inevitable to compare Ronda and Charlotte, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses head-to-head ahead of their bout at WWE WrestleMania 38. Certainly, Rousey comes in a little rusty, but even so there are certain aspects that give her an advantage against Flair, who is as dominant as ever and has several things going for her.

10 Ronda Rousey: Strength

Ronda Rousey strength

Ronda Rousey was an excellent judoka and one of the best mixed martial arts fighters in history, so obviously she had very different training than Charlotte Flair. Rousey developed great musculature, and she is arguably one of the strongest women in WWE history. Certainly, Charlotte is also stronger than an average female wrestler, but she is still a rung below Ronda. Strength and explosiveness will surely help Ronda Rousey a lot at the Shows of Shows.

9 Charlotte Flair: Athleticism

Charlotte Flair Athleticism

Charlotte Flair has exceptional athleticism, which allows her to perform pretty much anything in the ring. She is agile, flexible and powerful, which is precisely why her arsenal of moves is so vast. Charlotte Flair can do things that most women can't, and she proves her superiority in this regard time and time again. Ronda Rousey is also an amazing athlete, of course, but she is a bit slower, less agile and athletic than Charlotte Flair, that’s for sure.

8 Ronda Rousey: Grappling

Charlotte Flair's submission holds are pretty good, but she simply cannot compare to Ronda Rousey in this regard. Ronda Rousey is inarguably one of the best grapplers ever, as even Connor McGregor himself admitted that he wouldn't want to grapple with Rousey. While Rousey is now in a wrestling ring, grappling still serves her well, and in fact, that is her most lethal weapon. Once Ronda Rousey catches her opponent with her Armbar, there is no turning back.

7 Charlotte Flair: In-Ring Skills

Charlotte Flair is one of the best female performers in WWE history, as her in-ring skills are simply phenomenal. The Queen executes her moves smoothly and fluidly, as her technique is world-class. She is an excellent storyteller and sells her opponents' moves very well. As mentioned before, Charlotte's athleticism is extraordinary and allows her to perform high-flying moves like the Moonsault, perform complex submission holds like the figure eight, deliver powerful chops and have a cool finisher like the Natural Selection. Simply put, Charlotte Flair is the complete package in terms of in-ring skills.

In this aspect Ronda Rousey is second to none in WWE, as her in-ring psychology is masterful. 5 Charlotte Flair: Mic Skills

Although Ronda Rousey is an expert at trash-talking her opponents, for some reason her promos are not that great. Rousey has yet to captivate fans with her speeches, as she lacks charisma and natural speaking. Undoubtedly Rousey still needs to improve a lot with the microphone.

Charlotte Flair has outstanding mic skills, especially when she praises herself, reminds us of her accomplishments and claims to be the best in the industry. When it comes to self-centered promos, The Queen is the best.

4 Ronda Rousey: Playing A Face

Ronda Rousey

Clearly, neither Ronda Rousey nor Charlotte Flair were born to be babyfaces, as both are better suited as heels. With that said, Ronda Rousey can play a slightly more acceptable babyface role than Charlotte, hands down. It is no secret to anyone that Charlotte Flair's biggest weakness is that she can't play a babyface. So, almost by default, Ronda Rousey is a better babyface than Charlotte Flair.

3 Charlotte Flair: Playing A Heel

As mentioned above, both Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey are excellent heels, but The Queen is slightly superior for a few reasons. Charlotte is an innate villain. She is arrogant, bitter and absolutely unbearable. In each of her matches, Charlotte does an exceptional heel job, taunting her opponent and trying to humiliate her as much as she can before defeating her. Plus, Charlotte Flair really has that evil queen aura that is intimidating at times. Charlotte has undoubtedly done an excellent job developing her heel persona over the years.

2 Ronda Rousey: Adaptability

Ronda Rousey had an impressive adaptation from MMA to professional wrestling, as in one year she looked better than many who have dedicated much of their lives to sports entertainment. Rousey adapted to the scripts, the moves, the ring, the selling and the storytelling quickly, which is truly admirable. Rousey had a hiatus of almost three years, but it seems like she never left. She has had better than expected performances in 2022, and she continues to reinvent herself, as we've already seen her perform a couple of new moves, including that rope-assisted submission hold on Sonya Deville.

1 Charlotte Flair: Career

Obviously, Charlotte Flair has had a better wrestling career than Ronda Rousey, who has been in the business for a very short time, having had just 33 televised matches, winning 31 of them. Ronda Rousey made an immediate impact and is the closest thing we have seen to a female version of Brock Lesnar. Charlotte Flair, on the other hand, has been wrestling at the professional level since 2012, winning hundreds of matches, capturing 16 titles, putting on tremendous shows and establishing herself as one of the greatest female wrestlers of all time.
