10 Most Likely WrestleMania 35 Predictions

Every year, the WWE holds what they consider to be their equivalent to the Super Bowl. WrestleMania is the biggest event of the year and is theoretically the end of the WWE season, and the new year of wrestling starts up one night later on Monday Night Raw. WrestleMania season itself starts off with the Royal Rumble in January, and that is where the Road to WrestleMania begins.

However, despite there being still one more pay-per-view event to get through before the 2019 year starts, there are a ton of WWE rumors about what fans might be seeing at WrestleMania 35 next year. Here is a look at 10 WrestleMania 35 predictions for the biggest professional wrestling event of 2019.

One of the hottest WWE superstars going today is Becky Lynch. The WWE turned her bad and the fans kept cheering for her. They had her do despicable things to Charlotte Flair and the fans cheered louder. They then had Lynch prepare to battle Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series and the fans were almost universally behind Lynch over the popular Rousey.

A "broken face" ended the chance for that match. One of the biggest WrestleMania 35 predictions was for Rousey to battle Charlotte Flair at the event. Instead, the WWE had that match at Survivor Series. Now, it is time to finally give the fans Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey -- possibly as the main event of WrestleMania 35.

The WWE has been promoting the arrival of Lars Sullivan for the past few weeks. The big man has been finishing up his NXT commitments, recently putting over new big man Keith Lee. The question now is whether Sullivan, a monster wrestler with a high IQ, can get over with the fans on the main roster or end up as nothing more than another Gene Snitsky.

There is no telling whether he will end up on Monday Night Raw or SmackDown Live, but he will be debuting soon and that gives him a chance to let fans get to know him before WrestleMania 35. The biggest idea for a man his size is to have him as the next winner of the Andre the Giant Battle Royal and hope that he has better success than Baron Corbin after winning it.

The original WWE WrestleMania 35 predictions concerning Batista was that he would end up facing Triple H in one of the main events. At the SmackDown anniversary show, Evolution reunited and Batista said that the one thing Triple H could never do was beat him. It was supposed to lead to Batista vs. Triple H and the chance for Batista to end his WWE career his way.

However, Triple H tore up his shoulder in a match at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia and won't be back for WrestleMania 35. Now, the rumors still indicate that Batista wants to come back for one more run and he could be the man to finally bring down Brock Lesnar once and for all.

The WWE announced some major changes to their WrestleMania 35 schedule. They moved their NXT TakeOver event from Saturday night to Friday night and then moved the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony to Saturday. One mode of thought was that they were avoiding NXT competing with the Ring of Honor/New Japan show taking place on Saturday.

However, another rumor is that they made the change to help appease Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. There are heavy rumors that The Rock will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019 on WrestleMania weekend and will also show up at WrestleMania to compete as well.

While the idea of Batista vs. Brock Lesnar is a fun one to contemplate, the more realistic WrestleMania prediction is for a current WWE superstar to get a major push by finally sending Brock on his way, as he is rumored to be finally leaving the WWE after this current run ends.

While fans have been cheering for Braun Strowman to finally beat Brock Lesnar, it seems the WWE is not interested in the Monster Among Men holding that title. Another idea is for Seth Rollins and maybe even Drew McIntyre to get into the match with Lesnar. Rollins could win and then feud with McIntyre to kick off a new era on Monday Night Raw.

The biggest WWE rumor is Becky Lynch taking on Ronda Rousey. Another thought, and it might be too soon for it, is a chance that the WWE could be ready for the Four Horsewomen of the UFC to take on the Four Horsewomen of the WWE on the biggest stage of them all. The WWE is even starting to set this up.

Ronda Rousey has been feuding with Becky Lynch and was destroyed by Charlotte Flair. Meanwhile, Rousey's Four Horsewomen friends are running all over NXT with Shayna Baszler as the champion. These four legitimate former UFC fighters taking on Charlotte, Lynch, Sasha Banks, and Bayley would finally pay off a couple of years of teases.

The WWE has been setting this up for a while now. It all started shortly before the WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. Shane McMahon threatened to fire anyone who lost in the finals of the World Cup Tournament. Miz made it and then had to pull out with an injury. Shane took his place and won the World Cup.

Since that time, Miz has been messing with McMahon. He was the co-captain at Survivor Series and SmackDown Live was beaten soundly. He then offered to team with Shane McMahon on TV and has been toying with his boss ever since. With McMahon always seeming to compete at the biggest show of the year, expect McMahon vs. Miz at WrestleMania 35.

No one expected Shawn Michaels to ever wrestle a match again after retiring and staying retired for so long. However, it appears that the WWE backed a huge truck of cash up to his front door and Michaels agreed to come back at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia for a DX reunion against the Brothers of Destruction.

DX won but that can't be the end. One of the biggest WrestleMania 35 predictions was Michaels coming back for a few more matches and ending up against Undertaker at WrestleMania in what could be the final match for both men. Undertaker has been underwhelming but Michaels could bring out one last good match to end things on a positive note for both men.

The Shield has splintered. It all started when Roman Reigns had to step away from the WWE when his leukemia returned. However, there are some rumors behind-the-scenes that there is hope he can beat it again and maybe return in time for WrestleMania 35. If he is able to return, the biggest WrestleMania 35 prediction is a war between The Shield.

Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose have been preparing for their first battle, which will happen at the TLC pay-per-view. After that, the smart bet would be to keep them apart until WrestleMania 35. Even if Reigns is not back, a monster match between Ambrose and Rollins could be huge for the biggest WWE show of the year.

Hulk Hogan is about to sign a new deal with the WWE. Most people believe that this will be nothing more than another legend's contract that will have Hogan appear at autograph signings, do promotional tours, and make occasional appearances on television just to pop the crowds.

However, almost immediately after the announcement, Hogan took to Twitter to say that he needed to lose weight cause his arms were bigger than most WWE superstars legs. Rusev took to Twitter after that comment and said that he wouldn't mind crushing Hogan. Hulk responded that Rusev would just be another giant that he brought down. Is it wrong to make a WrestleMania 35 prediction that has Hogan come back for one more match to squash one of the more popular WWE superstars for no real reason?
