WWE Superstars have perhaps one of the most physically demanding jobs in the world. They are travelling the country 300 days a year as well as performing in front of a live audience almost every day of the week.
This leaves them with very little time to be able to spend with their families or means that they miss out on all of the small things when it comes to their children. First steps, first days of school, graduation. These are all things that many parents take for granted, but WWE Superstars are unable to change or control.
Part time Superstars who are parents like Brock Lesnar, The Rock, and The Undertaker are all able to see their families on a much more regular basis, but the following list of Superstars are the ones who have one of the hardest jobs of all.
The WWE Universe are completely unaware of the sacrifices they make every day just so that they can continue to entertain the audience. Some of the WWE Universe are gleefully unaware that many of the Superstars on the following list are even parents.
It must be an incredibly hard job having to leave you spouse and child behind without knowing the next time you will be home. But it's a sacrifice that every Superstar on this list makes as they attempt to invest in the future of their children and hope to continue what will someday be recognized as a lengthy WWE career.
15 Roman Reigns
The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion has had an incredible first four years in WWE. From being a part of one of the most dominant factions in WWE history, to being one of the breakout stars of The Shield, Roman Reigns has become a face of the company over the past few years.
Roman won the 2015 Royal Rumble and has main evented WrestleMania for two consecutive years. As well as being one of WWE's most hard-working Superstars, Roman is also a father to eight-year-old Joelle who once appeared on WWE TV as part of the Roman Reigns/Bray Wyatt storyline. Reigns himself stated many times that he was not happy to be using his daughter as part of a storyline and it seems that WWE have honoured this because she hasn't appeared on WWE TV since.
14 Bray Wyatt
The patriarch of The Wyatt Family and the self-proclaimed 'new face of fear,' Bray Wyatt has had an interesting first few years in WWE where he is still yet to win a WWE Championship. However, Bray was the first man to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania after the ending of The Streak, even though he did go on to lose to The Phenom.
Wyatt is one of the most creative and creepy WWE wrestlers on any of the current rosters, but he is also a father. Bray has two little girls named Kendyl and Cayden from his marriage with Samantha Rotunda. Bray doesn't reference his children very often and it is rare to be able to find pictures of the odd looking family, but outside of his Bray Wyatt character, he is a loving father and husband. Who knew?
R-Truth has become one of the best comedy acts WWE has had in recent memory. As of late and given the fact that he has been with the company now for many years, WWE must be running out of ideas of what to do with him. As well as his run in WWE, Truth had a successful stint in TNA where he was known by his real name of Ron Killings.
R-Truth is also a Superstar who has a family outside of WWE, which includes a daughter who was born less than two years ago in November 2014. This would explain R-Truth's absence from WWE during this time, meaning he was probably at the birth of his first child. Truth has more recently formed a partnership with Goldust as The Golden Truth,. Together they have become a minor threat to the Tag Team Championships in recent times.
12 Titus O'Neil
Titus O'Neil is considered to be one of the most underrated Superstars currently in WWE. Following his suspension for an altercation with Vince McMahon earlier in the year, fans were worried that Titus would be permanently fired from the company, or worse, put in an endless jobbing storyline. Titus has never been a Superstar that WWE has pushed towards the main event, but it seems that Titus is OK with that.
Lucky for Titus, he has returned and been a part of a feud with former partner Darren Young and his new mentor Bob Backland. As well as a busy wrestling career, Titus is an incredible father to two boys named Thaddeus and Titus. Titus was nominated for the MEGA Dad Awards as 'Celebrity Dad of the Year' in 2015 before he was announced as the winner a few months later.
11 Kofi Kingston
The former United States Champion and currently the longest reigning Tag Team Champion in WWE history, Kofi Kingston has stacked up the accolades in his long stint with WWE over the past few years. From his incredible Royal Rumble spot every year to his now lengthy Tag Team Championship run, Kofi has achieved a lot in the past few years.
But as well as being an integral part of The New Day and the reason they are a hot commodity in WWE right now, Kofi is the father of two beautiful children. Earlier this year WWE.com announced the arrival of Kofi's second child, a little boy called Orion Kingsley Sarkodie-Mensah. Kofi also has an older son who was born in 2013 and his arrival was announced by Michael Cole on an episode of Raw as a way to explain Kofi's whereabouts.
10 Big Show
The seven-foot giant has become a WWE mainstay over the past two decades with fans even chanting 'please retire' at the former World Champion, without the expected result. Big Show was drafted to Monday Night Raw during the WWE Draft back in July but it seems that he has recently become an inactive WWE Superstar after not appearing for a certain amount of days.
Outside of WWE, Big Show has been married twice and welcomed three children with his eldest child being a daughter named Cierra. Big Show remarried in 2002 following his divorce from Cierra's mother Melissa and has since welcomed two more children from his marriage to Bess Katramados.
With WWE's current storylines focusing on the future of WWE rather than their much older Superstars, many of the WWE Universe speculate that this could be bad news for WWE's favourite giant. (Big Show, pictured above
9 Erick Rowan
Erick Rowan is a mystery to many of the WWE Universe. The member of The Wyatt Family has failed to have any form of character development over the past few years and very little is known about him four years into his WWE career. Rowan has left the Wyatt Family many times over the past few years but seemingly always returns to Bray Wyatt, with the thought being that perhaps Wyatt has a hold over him.
What is known is that Erick Rowan is a father to two children. Rowan has a little boy and girl and this is only known because there was a recent holiday picture of the family going around social media. It just goes to prove, even though his alter-ego is a creepy yet crazy Superstar, Erick Rowan can still go back to a normal life when that bell finally rings.
The last remaining member of the legendary Rhodes family in WWE, Goldust has managed to reinvent himself so many times over the past decade in order to remain on top of his game within the company. He is still considered to be one of the most controversial wrestlers of the past generation, but he is still a legend in WWE's eyes.
Goldust married former WWE Superstar Terri Runnels and the duo have a daughter named Avery together. Avery was born in 1994, which makes her one of the oldest children on this list. Sadly, Terri and Goldust' marriage ended in divorce just five years later in 1999. More recently WWE have teamed Goldust up with R-Truth and the duo have become a comedy team referred to as The Golden Truth.
7 Kevin Owens
The current WWE Universal Champion has always been vocal about his family, Owens stated many times that he was a prize-fighter and that he fought for his family. During his first few weeks on the WWE main roster, he talked about his son Owen and the fact that John Cena was his favourite wrestler.
It is fairly well known that Owens' named his son and former WWE Superstar Owen Hart. Owens also has a daughter called Elodie, and the former Intercontinental Champion often posts about his children on his Twitter page and has more recently posted a video of his son Owen's emotional reaction to his dad's Universal Championship win. Owens was helped to his WWE win by a returning Triple H who turned on Seth Rollins in order to help the former NXT Champion win his first WWE World Title.
6 A.J. Styles
The current WWE World Champion is widely considered to be one of the best wrestlers of all time. A.J. set many new records with his historic win over Dean Ambrose at Backlash last Sunday night and is thought to be about to go on an incredible run as WWE Champion. A.J. Styles has had a big family backing him throughout his lengthy WWE career
Styles famously has a large tattoo down his side that reads "AJ" followed by the birthdates of all of his children. A.J. has three sons named Ajay, Avery, and Albey as well a daughter who was born in 2014 named Annie. Poetically all of Styles' children's initials are also A.J. and on a recent episode of Superstar Ink, Styles finally had his daughter's birthdate added to the tattoo with a little pink bow next to it to symbolize that she is his only daughter.
5 Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho has been a permanent fixture in WWE for almost two decades and despite the fact that Y2J has been considered a part-time Superstar over the past few years, he has more recently remained on WWE TV as part of some of their main storylines. Jericho has recently tagged with both AJ Styles and Kevin Owens who are now the two biggest Champions in WWE.
Jericho married his wife Jessica back in 2000 and the couple welcomed a son named Ash Edward Irvine, before they were then blessed with twin daughters whom they called Sierra Loretta “SiSi” and Cheyenne Lee “Chey.” Shockingly, somehow Jericho managed to split his time between WWE, touring with his rock band Fozzy, and being able to spend the appropriate amount of time with his growing family.
4 Jimmy Uso
One-half of former Tag Team Champions ,The Usos, Jimmy married current SmackDown Superstar Naomi on an episode of Total Divas last year and in turn this made Naomi the step-mother of Jimmy's two children.
Both Jimmy's children have also been seen on episodes of Total Divas and were referred to as Jaidenn and Jayla. Jimmy is part of the same family as Tamina Snuka, Nia Jax, and The Rock and it is thought that many Samoan's have big families. Jimmy Uso could be preparing himself for a big family of his own in the future.
Jimmy and Jey Uso have recently been turned heel by the WWE Creative team as a way to show fans that the brothers have another level of personality and so far they are looking strong as a heel tag team.
3 Tamina Snuka
The only female WWE Superstar on this list and the only woman currently known to the WWE Universe as having children before her WWE debut. Despite this, Tamina has still been able able to endure WWE's hectic traveling schedule.
Tamina was married a long time before her WWE debut but sadly this marriage ended in divorce in 2003. She has two daughters from this relationship Milaneta and Maleata. It is lucky that Tamina comes from such a big family that includes The Rock, The Usos, and Roman Reigns. It is believed that this big family helps look after Tamina's daughters while she's on the road with WWE. Tamina is currently out of action due to an injury and hasn't actually been drafted to a brand but this could all be rectified when her return date is confirmed.
2 Jack Swagger
Jack Swagger made news recently by becoming the first WWE Superstar allowed to switch brands since the roster were split during the WWE Draft. Swagger wasn't being used effectively on Raw so the company thought he would enjoy a push on SmackDown much more.
Swagger recently made the transfer to SmackDown and has opened the door for many other brand switches. WWE stated that Swagger's contract with Raw was coming to an end, but it was just a way for the company to switch him over. his family would have suffered if Swagger's contract had ended as he has a bigger family than many expect.
Swagger married Catalina White back in 2010 and the couple have since welcomed two children: a son named Knox Sterling who was born in 2011 and a daughter named Presley Pearl who was born in 2015.
1 Randy Orton
One of the faces of WWE for the last generation, Randy Orton has become one of the most decorated Superstars in the company over the past decade. At the same time, he has also managed to take time out of his hectic schedule to start a family.
Orton married Samantha Speno in 2007 before his first child was born in 2008 which was a daughter that the couple named Alanna Marie. Sadly their marriage ended in divorce in June 2013 and Orton moved on to marry Kimberly Kessler in 2015. It was announced in May 2016 that the couple are expecting their first child which will be Kessler's fourth and Orton's second.
Orton returned to WWE recently after some time off to recover from a shoulder injury. He lost his returning match to Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam but the duo will fight again on Septemeber 24th at a Live Event.
