15 Female Wrestling Stars You Would Vote For Instead Of Hilary Clinton

Hillary Clinton has become one of the most recognizable women in the world since she announced her candidacy for the 2016 presidential election running against Donald Trump.

While Trump himself is not very popular with the American public, Clinton isn't a much more viable option either, with both candidates having policies that many voters are concerned about.

That being said, many WWE stars have had links to politics in the past with Linda McMahon wanting to run as president as one point, Kane wants to leave WWE at some point to begin a career in politics, and Rhyno has just won the republican nomination for Michigan state.

Being some of the biggest Superstars in America, it is easy for many to make the switch over to politics and it would be easy for the following list of women to run as opposition to either Trump or Clinton.

Given the way the voting is thought to be going between Trump and Clinton lately it would be easy for anyone to step up as a challenge to either person and they would almost definitely be voted into office in a landslide of a vote.

While Hilary has experience on her side after being married to a former US President and being a former US Senator and a former Secretary of State, many of the American public are still wary about voting her into office. Here is a list of female WWE Superstars who would easily take the vote over the 68-year-old.

Note: We are well aware that many of these women are too young to run for President. This is a work of entertainment.

16 Nia Jax

via wwe.com

Nia Jax is without a doubt one of the most dominant women that has ever set foot in a WWE ring. Since her debut in NXT up to her main roster debut, Nia has proved that she is more than capable of fighting some of the best Women's wrestlers that WWE has and coming out on top (even though she has only worked Squash matches on Raw, she will likely compete for the Women's Championship in the future.

Even though she was beaten by Bayley when she attempted to challenge for the NXT Women's Championship, Nia has fought back to become a hard hitter on the main roster and would definitely be someone that the WWE Universe and the American public would get behind if she decided to run for the presidency.

15 Mickie James

via wwe.com

The Richmond Native was one of the bubbliest and exciting women in wrestling when she made her debut in WWE back in 2005. She has then gone from strength to strength and proved that she can fight amongst the best by joining TNA and completely dominating their Knockouts Division.

Despite the fact that she left WWE back in 2011, meaning that she was only with the company for six years, many fans still argue that she was one of the greatest female wrestlers in the company's history. Fans were always behind Mickie James and remain by her side to this day (rumours continue to circulate that James will someday find herself back in a WWE ring), which is why she could easily win a political election.

14 Melina

via knownpeople.net

There isn't a lot that Melina can't do. The former Women's and Divas Champion has managed to make a name for herself on the Independent Circuit following her departure from WWE, and has even been rumoured to be returning to the company many times (Melina would be a welcomed addition to the current division.)

Melina was loud but she was talented. She could easily deliver rousing speeches to round up troops ready to fight for her cause and her looks would definitely help her secure the male demographic of the vote. Melina has never had a problem with not being liked (backstage in WWE, Melina would find herself involved in a number of incidents and controversies during her run) so she could easily use negative reactions to her advantage as well.

13 Beth Phoenix

via wwe.com

There isn't a lot that Beth Phoenix didn't manage to accomplish during her time in WWE,. She entered the Royal Rumble match, she is a former Women's Champion, and she is widely considered to be one of the most dominant female performers of the last generation.

Now a mother and a retired wrestler (married to former WWE Superstar and 11-time World Champion Edge), Beth could easily play to the mothers and wives within the American public and show them that she too is human and relatable with the common American family. As a politician, they would be the kinds of people she would be protecting. Beth would definitely be the kind of woman that the WWE Universe would want running their country 9even if she is married to a Canadian).

12 Alicia Fox

via cagesideseats.com

Perhaps one of the craziest women that WWE has ever had on their roster, Alicia Fox has a part of her personality that she can tap into when she fully needs to unleash the full extent of her craziness. Fox can turn it on and off light a lamp.

Considering the public are set to vote for either Trump or Clinton, then Alicia Fox would definitely not be the craziest candidate for this election. She would perhaps resort to underhanded tactics to ensure the victory, but if she did win she would definitely hold her own when it comes to running a country. Fox would prove to be a female in power who sometime loses her mind (but who expects a full competent President at this point anyway?)

11 Nikki Bella

via wwe.com

Technically, it would be hard for The Queen to also be a President, but Nikki Bella would be a fantastic candidate. She has proved time and time again that she is pretty much invincible so even if people tried to take her out of the presidential race, she would be able to fight back because she feels no fear.

She would have the likes of John Cena and Daniel Bryan there to help secure the votes of some of the American public, as with many other stars on this list, her looks would definitely play a crucial part in her being elected. However, she would prove an incredibly strong candidate given that she has a lot of experience of being at the very top of the ladder in WWE.

10 Reby Sky

via en.wikipedia.org

The unstable wife of The Broken Matt Hardy, Reby Sky has proved that she is more than a pretty face throughout the entire Matt vs. Brother Nero storyline and definitely been a bigger part of the proceedings than many of the TNA Universe wouldn't have predicted.

As a wrestler herself, Reby has shown that she has what it takes to fight for what she wants and when she gets it she will fight whoever gets in her way to ensure that she keeps it. She may be small but she is mighty so she would definitely not be one to overlook in this race to name a new American President. (Imagine The Broken Matt Hardy as the First Man? Oh, what an interesting four-to-eight years that could be.)

9 Naomi

via wwe.com

The former NBA Cheerleader and dancer knows exactly what it's like to perform in front of a big crowd. She also knows what it is like to have to remember certain steps or dance moves which would come in handy when she would have to remember long speeches to deliver to her voters.

Naomi has been overlooked for the Women's and Divas Championship so many times that she has come to the point where she knows her place in the company. She can't be happy about where she is but she has grown to accept it. That being said, she still gives her all in every match she is a part of and manages to raise her game every week. Even if she knew she was in a race she couldn't win, she would still give it her all and lose valiantly.

8 Bayley

via dailywrestlingnews.com

Bayley has wanted to be a WWE Superstar her entire life. She has worked so hard to finally live out her dream and after holding the NXT Women's Championship she is now working her way up to the Monday Night Raw Women's Championship.

Bayley could adapt her way of thinking in any career. She is an inspiration to many girls growing up who are attempting to live out their dreams and if she was a presidential candidate then she would be able to inspire many young women as well as the important Millennial vote. This would be her way of showing them that it doesn't matter where you come from, if you have a dream then you can make it a reality if you're willing to fight for it.

7 Eden Stiles

via wallsofjerichoholic.blogspot.com

Even though Eden was only a ring announcer on the main roster for a short period of time, she managed to capture the imagination of the WWE Universe and had the backing of her entire family when she walked away from the company as she stood with her husband Cody Rhodes when he and the WWE parted ways.

She is a strong willed and determined woman that has proved that she can do anything if she puts her mind to it. She wanted to be a wrestler when she began her career but somehow managed to become just as big a star as a ring announcer. If Eden brought this fight on a political level then she would easily be the first pick for the American public.

6 Alexa Bliss

via wrestlingitalia.it

WWE's own Harley Quinn has shown the WWE Universe that regardless of where she is put in a WWE situation, she can easily turn it to her advantage. From managing Tag Team Champions in NXT, to becoming the number one contender to the SmackDown Women's Championship, Alexa Bliss has shown that she can do it all.

She may only be five foot, but she is five feet of fury and she is one of the hardest working female wrestlers currently in WWE. Bliss has not allowed her lack of size deter her from reaching for the top of WWE. She works hard for everything she has managed to achieve and that would be an incredible mind set to have if she was to become a candidate in a presidential election.

5 Charlotte

via wwe.com

The reigning and defending WWE Women's Champion and the last ever WWE Divas Champion knows what it is like to be at the top of her game. She is a woman who has had a target on her back for the past few months and still managed to retain her Championship over and over again despite some stiff competition.

Charlotte has faced some of the best female wrestlers in WWE when it comes to that Women's Championship and she would face some stiff competition if she decided to run for candidacy. Charlotte would prove that despite some incredible odds on either side, she would easily walk out with the victory because she really is 'the dirtest player in the game' and that goes a long way in politics.

4 Sasha Banks

via bet.com

The Legit Boss of WWE has shown many times why she is The Boss of the company and she could easily prove that as the Legit Boss of the country. Banks is considered by many to be the best Women on the roster and that could translate into many people standing behind her candidacy.

Sasha has proved many times how much her WWE career means to her and has even fought through an injured back so she can return to WWE much sooner and fight for the WWE Women's Championship at the upcoming Clash of Champions event. Nothing would stand in Sasha's way if she was to run for presidency and she would ensure that because she would be a hardcore candidate who would fight tooth and nail to finally gain that victory.

2 AJ Lee

via wwe.com

The former Divas Champion and still one of the most popular women in WWE history, AJ played by her own rules. She lived her own dreams her way and when she realized that they weren't what she thought they were, she walked.

She followed her husband out of the WWE and has since began writing her own book which covers her rise and departure from WWE. She is a smart, single minded woman and she would never be taken for a fool which is a great quality to have when stepping into a political shark tank. She definitely has what it takes to be the top dog in this race but would she be able to last in such a hard fought position? Time would tell, either way it would be worth it just to see her turn up to office in knee high Converse.

1 Stephanie McMahon

via wwe.com

The Billion Dollar Princess knows what it is like to be in complete control of a company. She currently serves as the Commissioner of one of the biggest shows on network TV and has managed to remain a part of WWE for the past two decades.

Stephanie often partakes in WWE's community initiatives and has become accustom to speaking in front of large crowds. She has an idea and she uses it to her advantage and allows everyone else to find a way to adjust to it. Stephanie doesn't care about being liked (which once again should come along with the job). She cares about getting the job done and that would easily make her a front runner in any race. Why not place a McMahon in the White House?
