There have been a number of WWE Superstars released from the organization this year, but it looks like the WWE might want one of them back.

Four3Four.com is reporting that WWE officials have potentially reached out to Stu Bennett - better known to wrestling fans as Wade Barrett - about possibly returning to the company. The details aren't clear at this point, but the report is saying that they are interested in having Barrett join the SmackDown brand.

From Barrett's side, he did say, on a podcast a few weeks ago, that he could be open to returning to the WWE given that when they did part ways earlier this year, it was on good terms.
