A SmackDown Superstar Made History This Week

It's shocking that this accomplishment hadn't happened earlier!

Charlotte has been one of the leaders of the new women's revolution in the WWE over the last year and a couple days ago on SmackDown she made history.

On Tuesday night, Charlotte challenged Naomi for the SmackDown Women's Championship, which ended in a no contest when Natalya, Carmella and Tamina interfered. However, the fight was the main event of the show and with that, Charlotte became the first female superstar in the history of the WWE to compete in singles matches in the main event of RAW, SmackDown and a WWE PPV.

That is a pretty big deal and something that all the hard-working ladies of the WWE should be proud of for the part they have all played in making the women's division main event worthy!

Congratulations Charlotte!
