And just like that, WrestleMania season is over.

WrestleMania 32 drew mixed reviews from the WWE Universe this past Sunday as the nearly five-hour marathon (and that was just the main show) gave us a lot to discuss and think about. While Roman Reigns took a lot of heat, I sincerely feel that the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match between he and Triple H was about as good as it could be. Was it the greatest match of all time? Certainly not. But I'm pleased that they went with that as the main event as opposed to the Hell In A Cell match between The Undertaker and Shane McMahon. Yeah, I know the spot of the top of the cage was cool, but the majority of that match was really slow.

Although the finish didn't quite make sense to me, AJ Styles vs Chris Jericho was a very good match as was the ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship. The New Day vs The League of Nations left a bit to be desired, but I will be the first to admit that I marked out when HBK, Foley and Austin hit the ring. The battle royal brought a little nostalgia as well and gave us a surprise winner and the 3-way for the new Women's Championship was exceptional, despite the disappointment of many who thought that Sasha should have walked out of AT&T Stadium with the belt around her waist. All in all, however, it was an entertaining show that certainly wasn't perfect but wasn't terrible.

With that being said, WrestleMania 32 and the big Monday Night Raw that always follows the biggest show of the year are behind us. We've got some new faces on the roster and if you're anything like me, you're already thinking about the possibilities for next year's WrestleMania 33 in Orlando. So let's have a little fun and discuss a dozen matches that could possibly happen. This card is in no particular order.

12 The Rock vs. Bray Wyatt

I'm actually hoping this one happens sooner rather than later, perhaps at SummerSlam, but obviously the seeds were planted at WrestleMania 32. I can't say that I was happy with the booking as Bray and the entire Wyatt Family were made to look foolish at the hands of The Rock and a returning John Cena. Yes, The Rock did pay a few nice compliments to Bray Wyatt but in the end, he just ended up looking very weak.

I know his injury kept him from really getting involved, but it would be nice to finally see Bray Wyatt get the push that's been coming to him for a while and a win over The Great One at the grandest stage of them all would be nice.

11 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal

Okay, I know I'm not showing much creativity with this one as it seems that this is going to be an annual thing, but if I'm putting the card together then it has to be on here, right? I thought the booking for this at WrestleMania 32 was interesting with some Royal Rumble-type entrants, but I think it added a little something extra. I also think giving Baron Corbin the win was an interesting choice but a welcome one at that.

As far as next year's winner goes, I'd like to see Apollo Crews take it. He made his debut this past Monday on RAW and could possibly start a feud with somebody like Ryback if they were the final two in the match.

10 Fatal 4-Way - United States Championship Match

Assuming the United States title is still around at WrestleMania next year (I still think they should just go ahead and merge it with the IC title), you could throw a nice mix of superstars in a Fatal 4-Way match. If I had to put four in there right now, I'd say Sami Zayn taking on Cesaro and The Miz (as long as Maryse sticks around anyway) and Baron Corbin. Yeah, I'd be okay with that.

9 Triple H vs. Shane McMahon

I honestly can't think of another scenario that works at the moment. The obvious choice at the time would be Triple H against Shane McMahon for control of the company...and no, I wouldn't put it past WWE to drag the power struggle storyline over a year's time, would you? Actually, HHH against Shane would be quite entertaining but it's hard to say right now how long Shane will actually stick around. Again though, who is there left for Triple H to face?

8 Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match

Yeah, yeah, yeah...I know that if they ever did something like this, it would be at the MITB pay-per-view, but for something as big as the first women's ladder match in WWE history, you need WrestleMania. And it's time for this. The women's division is too good right now for them to get one match on the big card, especially if they're going to run a five-hour show like they did this year. The 5-on-5 match on the pre-show was very solid, but could you imagine what Paige, Charlotte, Becky and the rest of these talented women could do in that type of match. Make it happen, Vince.

7 Kevin Owens vs. AJ Styles - Intercontinental Championship Match

I know a lot of you are going to yell at me about this one as both Kevin Owens and AJ Styles were in the match to decide a #1 contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on RAW, but as long as Vince is in control I really don't see either one being put in the main event of WrestleMania. Yes, there could be a brand split and perhaps you could change this to a match for the Big Gold Belt, but title or not, this match has the ability to steal any show that it's on.

6 TLC Match For The Tag Team Titles

As soon as the Dudley Boyz came back to WWE, we were all thinking it: will they have another TLC match? Sure, they've had a few tables matches here and there since their return, but I'd like to see one more classic from the Dudleys before they hang up their boots. I don't know what the Hardys' contract situation is, but if they could come back for this as well, that could be one of the nostalgic moments of the evening that WWE so desperately craves.

If not, I'll go with The Dudley Boyz vs Anderson & Gallows vs Enzo & Cass vs American Alpha vs The New Day. That's right...a 5-team TLC. Bodies would be flying everywhere and it would be amazing. Sorry Usos...you're probably stuck in the battle royal. I know, I know...two ladder matches? Leave me alone, I'm having fun here.

5 Finn Balor vs. Randy Orton

Call me crazy but I think these two could put on one hell of a match. The Randy Orton vs Seth Rollins match a year ago was one of the best on the WrestleMania 31 card and I think that Randy Orton vs Finn Balor could rival the match and be one of the more surprising matches of WrestleMania 33. Finn could even steal Orton's old gimmick of being "The Legend Killer" and go on and on about Orton's accomplishments of beating this guy and that guy and being a 12-time champion and wanting to take out one of the top guys WWE has ever seen, etc. On the other hand, Orton could say he wants to kill the legend of NXT and work it that way. Either way, I'd love to see this match.

4 Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe

Man, would this be a physical match or what? Ever since Samoa Joe made his way to NXT, I've been dreaming of this match. At some point this year, you'd have to think that Joe will make his way to the main roster. He is one of the main draws in NXT right now so they might keep him there for a bit as they transition into a new group of stars, but maybe he debuts at next year's Royal Rumble and just happens to have a confrontation with Lesnar, leading to what could be an amazing match at WrestleMania 33. This one wouldn't even need a title to be good. This is a dream match that could be a real possibility.

3 Sasha Banks vs Bayley - WWE Women's Championship Match

Sasha Banks and Bayley have proven that they can put on five-star matches in NXT. Maybe the casual fan hasn't seen them but WrestleMania 33 could be the place for the rest of the world to see what these two can finally do. It's hard to say at this point in time who the crowd would favor (both are SO over right now), but even a face vs face match would bring the house down and possibly steal the show from the boys.

2 John Cena vs. The Undertaker

This match was in the plans for this year's WrestleMania, but the injury to John Cena changed all of that. I have to believe that this is still a match that Vince McMahon wants to happen and if everything works out, it's likely that this will take place in Orlando at WrestleMania 33. What we don't know is when The Undertaker's last WrestleMania will be. I highly doubt that his match with Shane McMahon was it as I'm thinking he's going to get the big sendoff much like Shawn Michaels got after losing to 'Taker at WrestleMania XXVI.

If the next one is his last, instead of the Cena match who certainly doesn't need the win, I'd love to see a passing of the torch situation to a guy like Finn Balor in a Deadman vs Demon kind of thing, but that may be asking too much.

1 Roman Reigns vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins -WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match

via examiner.com
via examiner.com

This match will happen at some point. It almost has to, doesn't it? Maybe they jump right into it upon Seth Rollins' return this summer and do it at SummerSlam or Survivor Series, but a Shield 3-way at WrestleMania could be phenomenal. I know that all of you Roman Reigns haters are screaming at me through your computer or phone right now, but he's not going anywhere and whether you love him or hate him, there's no question that he's come through in the main event the last two years. If this card were to happen the way I have it (highly unlikely), then Cena vs. 'Taker would probably go on last, but seeing these three guys that came in together battle for the world title at WrestleMania would be pretty cool.

Okay, I know I missed something or somebody. I'd love to see what you'd like to happen next year in Orlando at WrestleMania 33. Give me your dream card in the comments section.
