There really aren't that many milestones for the female Superstars of WWE to tick off at this point in time. We have a Miss Money In The Bank, a winner of the first ever women's Royal Rumble, and Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks were the first women to compete inside Hell In A Cell. Next on the list? The Elimination Chamber.

PREVIOUSLY: FIRST EVER WOMEN'S ELIMINATION CHAMBER ANNOUNCED

This Sunday the Elimination Chamber will house female Superstars for the first time in its 15 year history. Six women will compete for Alexa Bliss's Raw Women's Championship with the winner likely having to defend that title against Asuka at WrestleMania 34. On the last stop before the chamber, tonight's Raw, the six women in question will be competing in a tag team match.

The team of Bliss, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose will take on Sasha Banks, Bayley and Mickie James. Those trios don't seem to make a lot of sense. First of all one of the threads to the upcoming women's chamber is that Bliss has been befriending James after saving her from Absolution a couple of weeks ago. Plus Banks and Bayley have been feuding with one another but will now have to team together.

We aren't the only ones who have picked up on this. Bliss took to Twitter following the announcement of the six woman tag match questioning why Kurt Angle would put her in a team with two women that will be looking to take her out. The paranoid champion believes that Deville and Rose will be looking to get a 'competitive gain' over her just six days out from Elimination Chamber.

If you ask us the more logical teams would have been Deville, Rose and Banks up against Bayley, Bliss and James. That is not how the chips have fallen however and all we can hope now is that these strange forced alliances will make more sense once the tag team match has been and gone. This bout plus the men's gauntlet match tonight should provide us with a lot of talking points heading into Sunday's two Elimination Chamber matches.
