Alexa Bliss had some comforting advice for Ronda Rousey and her mic skills which have been a little shaky since her debut at Elimination Chamber.

Not many Superstars are afforded the opportunity to debut on the main roster, especially nowadays with NXT in place. Even fewer are awarded a contract signing at a pay per view and a match against two of the promotion's bosses at WrestleMania. That's exactly what Ronda Rousey has gotten however and it's unsurprising considering the former UFC star's name recognition.

The only trouble with that is Rousey's skills haven't exactly been honed. Most Superstars pass through NXT and become better wrestlers and better talkers before they're allowed to step in front of a crowd and the television cameras. The Rowdy One has done a little training but her appearances so far have shown that she still has a lot to learn in the business.

One of her fellow Superstars Alexa Bliss has noticed that, particularly when it comes to Rousey's mic skills, and while talking to ESPN's Arash Markazi the Raw Women's Champion revealed that'll be the hardest transition for her to make. Bliss discussed her personal tribulations while perfecting her own promo ability and that most women in WWE have practiced promos in front of live crowds hundreds of times before they have to do it on a PPV.

Bliss told Markazi about a time during promo class at the Performance Center when she burst in to tears because the whole process was so new to her. Performing in front of large crowds hadn't been a problem for her but talking felt like another thing entirely. Her advice to Rousey is 'to put yourself in the most uncomfortable situations and make them comfortable'.

The criticism surrounding Rousey's mic ability seems a little unfair at this stage of her career. The former UFC Bantamweight Champion has literally only cut three promos in her entire wrestling career so she is going to sound like a novice. Hopefully though she takes Bliss' advice because there aren't many better female performers on the mic in WWE right now than Raw's Resident Goddess.
