Arn Anderson has shared an opinion on the reason Cesaro has never been a main-event superstar for WWE despite clearly being one of the most impressive talents on the roster.

Anderson's ARN podcast was centered on the Extreme Rules PPV from 2015 which had Cesaro and Tyson Kidd lose the tag team titles to The New Day. The former WWE producer claimed that the former has never been a "favorite guy" backstage and was also ordered to stop using his most impressive moves after he turned heel.

“He’s not a favorite guy, as you know, of the front office, for whatever reason that is," Arn said. "They’re the only ones that know because everyone else across the planet seems to think he’s a Superstar. But he continued to get leaned on to stop doing all that stuff [impressive moves] as a heel. It was just too flashy and all that stuff.”

Anderson also lashed out at WWE management for "cheating the audience" by not allowing them to take in the moves that only Cesaro has the ability to pull off.

Singles Push Out Of The Question?

It's been five years since that Extreme Rules match and whether or not Cesaro should be handed another push as a singles competitor is still a topic of debate among fans.

His teaming up with Sheamus to form The Bar was quite memorable and the pairing was a huge hit with viewers. This year, though, he has been linked with Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura.
