On Monday's Raw, WWE teased the idea that Zelina Vega and Andrade were at odds, potentially splitting if they continued to not be on the same page.

The foreshadowing of a possible breakup as an onscreen duo sent WWE fans into a tizzy on social media. After all, there are few partnerships as perfectly matched as these two and most fans suggested, 'Why fix what isn't broken?'

But, if you watched the segment, WWE wants us to believe that maybe this relationship is broken. The good news seems to be that WWE probably won't be splitting these two up, at least not yet.

There are a number of reasons WWE might be teasing this. First, the company likes to get a pulse for what fans are thinking. The immediate backlash to the idea is one that will tell WWE, namely Vince McMahon and Paul Heyman, that there is some passion among the fan base for these two stars. It might actually be the case that these two get a bigger push if they know fans care about what happens to them as a team.

Second, WWE still has some concerns of Andrade's ability to cut a promo on his own. While his English has dramatically improved, Vega is his mouthpiece and WWE believes Andrade still needs one. Anywhere he goes he'll need a manager.

There seems to be a few reasons WWE has considered what might happen if these two aren't together. One might be the idea of putting Vega with Humberto. The second is repackaging Andrade. Finally, WWE would like Vega to wrestle more as they see her as a strong talent in the Women's Division. Neither of the first two these things would appear to be among the company's immediate plans, assuming they happen at all. And for Vega to wrestle doesn't mean she needs to split from Andrade.

Not A Relationship Thing, Despite Rumors

Some fans took this segment and ran with the idea that Charlotte and Aleister Black might have something to do with the direction of these characters. As real-life partners of Andrade and Vega, that perhaps there was backstage jealously or a desire to put Andrade with Charlotte. That's not likely the case at all.

It is clear that even if these two are splitting down the road, neither will be switching brands since it is now a company policy to keep those in a real off-screen relationship together.
