Something Else To Wrestle With debuted on the WWE Network and Bruce Prichard has revealed some of the early feedback he's had from the company.

As Bruce Prichard and Conrad Thompson quite rightly said at the beginning of the very first episode of Something Else To Wrestle With on the WWE Network, you have to have been living under a rock to not know about their success. Together the two of them have been putting out their extremely successful podcast Something To Wrestle With each and every week and now they are a part of the WWE family.

Their new show on the WWE Network won't be replacing the original show either and the podcast version will continue. The main difference of course is that on the network the two of them can incorporate video into their show. They took advantage of that to some extent during the first episode as every now and again clips were shown to illustrate specific parts of wrestling history that they were discussing.

What came as a pretty big surprise was how similar the network version of the show is to the podcast equivalent. Prichard and Thompson haven't sacrificed much, if anything, and were allowed to swear and also poke fun at a number of names who are not normally mentioned on WWE programming such as Vince Russo and Dave Meltzer. According to Prichard though reaction backstage has been good.

Once the show became available on the network and fans had a chance to watch it Prichard did a live Q&A on Facebook and he was asked if there had been any feedback from the company about the first episode. The answer was yes and apparently so far so good. Prichard said that they like the show but also explained that there is a lot more yet to come as he and Thompson didn't want to do all their bits in the very first week.

Something Else To Wrestle With is very different from anything else that you will currently find on the WWE Network. The addition of it to the company's programming was intriguing and if anything that intrigue has only increased following the first episode. Clearly Prichard and Thompson are being given free reign more or less when it comes to the show which is obviously a good thing, but let's see how long that lasts.
