Becky Lych is about to break a fairly impressive record set by arguably the most popular female wrestler in WWE over the past few years.

RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch took to Twitter today to confirm that she is now officially the record-holder for the longest single reign with the Raw Women's Championship since it was introduced — a record previously held by Ronda Rousey.

Rousey held the title for 232 straight days but since defeating The Baddest Woman on the Planet at WrestleMania 35 on April 8, 2019,  Lynch is about to become "The Man" for more than one reason. She'll have set a new benchmark all other women who hold that title will now have to match.

Lynch's social feed was flooded with congratulations and they are well-deserved. A WWE Superstar who had most of the cards stacked against her as she was trying to establish herself in a sea of pushed stars like Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks and others, she arguably catapulted over them to become the most popular female, if not the most popular personality in WWE.

Her popularity might have faded a touch since she won the title but she's still one of the biggest draws in WWE and there might not be too many women on Raw that are fit to take that title from her. She may end up establishing a record that will be hard to beat.

Another Interesting Record For Lynch

This may not be the only record she sets. If she main events Summerslam, Lynch will have been a part of the main event in all four of the big PPV’s. That's unheard of in WWE where it was rare to see the women main-event any matches on a PPV.

She was part of the main event on this past Sunday's Survivor Series pay-per-view and no one would argue, should she wrestle someone like Rousey in a rematch, that she shouldn't be the headliner for SummerSlam as well.
