Becky Lynch has now been Raw Women's Champion for 243 days. Charlotte Flair's four Raw Women's Title reigns only add up to 242 days.

Wrestling promotions tend to make a big deal out of Superstars holding titles multiple times. Ric Flair is the best example of that. The Nature Boy was World Champion an impressive 16 times. However, that means he also lost the title 16 times. Flair himself jokes about his World Title wins being the only 16 matches he ever won.

WWE appears to be well on its way to having Charlotte Flair equal or eve beat her dad's record. Flair has already been champion ten times during her four-year stay on WWE's main roster. That's not even including her reign as NXT Women's Champion. Before you know it, The Queen will be holding one of WWE's two major Women's Titles for the 17th time.

The trouble is, none of her reigns have been particularly long. Which brings us to the argument this entire article is about. Should wrestlers value multiple title reigns over lengthy ones? Four of Flair's ten title reigns have been with the Raw Women's Championship. She has held that title for a combined 242 days. As of this Saturday, Becky Lynch has been Raw Women's Champion for 243 days.

Not only has The Man now surpassed Flair in that respect, but Lynch has only held the title once. She won the championship from Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania and her reign is ongoing as we speak. LSines 2015 pointed out the stat on Reddit. Lynch has been pretty quiet on Twitter lately but if we were her, we would definitely take this opportunity to rub her accomplishment in Flair's face.

Flair might not be able to brag about longevity over Lynch, but she definitely can over Sasha Banks. The Boss has also been Raw Women's Champion four times but when her reigns are tallied up, they only add up to 80 days. As for the woman at the tippy top of the lost, Lynch still has a long way to go. Alexa Bliss has been Raw Women's Champion three times for a title of 396 days.
