Actors Will Arnett, Terry Crews, Geraldine Viswanathan, and Tony Danza will also voice characters, while popular ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith and famous boxing announcer Michael Buffer are set for roles as well.
Paramount Animation President Mireille Soria has said that there's no better promotion to partner with as they head into such a venture.
"Rumble is steeped in the world of wrestling, and what better partners to help bring this world to life than WWE? They bring a pedigree and institutional excellence that is unmatched, and we couldn't be happier to collaborate with them on this special film," she explained, via Bleacher Report.
"We are thrilled to have a seasoned and dynamic cast in place to breathe life into this exciting story and can't wait to bring it to audiences."
The movie is set in a world "where monster wrestling is a global sport and monsters are superstar athletes." The plot revolves around an underdog monster who's coached into a champion by a character named Winnie.
One Of Them Is Already Qualified
Becky and Roman are on the cover of wrestling video game WWE 2K20 and they're now set to partner up in a movie.
The former is the reigning Raw women's champion while Reigns is a three-time WWE champion and a one-time Universal champion who has also held the Intercontinental and United States championships.
It was feared that he would be away from the ring for a while after disclosing a battle with leukemia late last year and relinquishing the Universal title in the process. Fortunately, he was able to return in a few short months after going in remission.
Since then, the star has appeared in hit movie Hobbs & Shaw, starring his cousin The Rock, Jason Statham and Idris Elba.
