The likes of John Cena, Steve Austin, and Shawn Michaels have all enjoyed runs with the Tag Team Titles, whether that be for lengthy periods or just a brief run. But not every singles wrestler has gone on to achieve that goal, with certain stars never having a run with the Tag Team Titles throughout their careers.

10 Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar Wrestlemania

It shouldn't be a surprise that Brock Lesnar has never held the Tag Team Championships as he is the absolute definition of a singles wrestler. Brock is very much someone who likes to do things by himself.

The Beast is a private person in a real-life, and that has been reflected inside the ring as well. Brock didn't work with anyone and it's very unlikely that will ever change, with Lesnar sticking to his singles domination for now.

9 'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan

Jim Duggan

'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan is best known for his classic 2x4 and his powerful catchphrase that fans would quickly chant along with. He was the winner of the first-ever Royal Rumble match, but he wasn't able to ever win the Tag Team Championships.

Duggan had a really good career in wrestling, but it wasn't one that was littered with title reigns. However, that didn't stop Duggan from having a very memorable, Hall Of Fame-worthy career.

Pairing Lawler with any other great heel would have led to a really enjoyable run, especially with his gift of the gab. However, this is one Hall Of Famer that was best off as a singles star.

7 Junkyard Dog

Junkyard Dog

The Junkyard Dog is one of the all-time greats, but one that never managed to hold the Tag Team Championships. He was able to win the Six-Man Tag Team Championships in WCW alongside Tommy Rich and Ricky Morton, but when it came to traditional tag teams, that was something that Junkyard Dog didn't get involved in for a major company.

However, he is still one of the best to ever lace up a pair of boots, with the passion that he brought to the ring often being unmatched by others.

6 The Ultimate Warrior

Ultimate Warrior

The Ultimate Warrior was a perfect singles wrestler as he was full of fire and charisma, being able to channel enough energy all on his own to make his career work. However, he wasn't someone who was ever put to the Tag Team Championships.

5 Honky Tonk Man

Honky Tonk Man

Speaking of wrestlers who are best remembered for holding the Intercontinental Championship, The Honky Tonk Man definitely finds himself in that category as well.

He had a great gimmick that fans gravitated towards, and he certainly was one of the best Intercontinental Champions of all time. However, a run with the tag belts was something that never came his way.

4 Vader

Vader

While Vader did manage to dominate in Japan, when it came to his work in America, he wasn't someone who won countless titles. Despite his incredible power and his amazing athleticism for a man of his size, he wasn't always booked in the most dominant fashion.

When it came to the tag team division, Vader wasn't able to pick up gold in America, which is a real shame as alongside someone he could have really made an excellent big man competitor in the division.

3 Mark Henry

Another big man who never won a Tag Team Championship is Mark Henry. The Hall Of Famer may have inducted plenty of wrestlers into the hall of pain, but none of them ever led to him becoming a Tag Team Champion.

Henry is a former World Heavyweight and ECW Champion and someone who had a long and impressive career with WWE. He was part of several tag teams as well, so it's quite surprising that he never won any gold in that division.

2 Randy Savage

Savage Intercontinental Champion

Randy Savage is a Hall Of Famer and a former World Champion, but he is someone who has never managed to win a Tag Team Title during his career. Savage had plenty of personality and confidence, but he was never pushed to the top of the tag team division.

He's a great example of a top tier talent that didn't hold the Tag Team Championships, despite his skills. However, that didn't stop Savage from having an incredible career.

1 Sgt. Slaughter

Sgt. Slaughter
