The 2019 Survivor Series pay-per-view is only one week away now, with seven matches on the card - including a pair of championship defenses.

Brock Lesnar is slated to defend his WWE Championship against Rey Mysterio, while Bray Wyatt looks to retain his Universal title against Daniel Bryan. There are two 5-on-5 elimination tag matches, and three triple threat all-champion showdowns.

According to BetOnline (h/t Andrew Ravens of Wrestling News), Lesnar is the overwhelming favorite to defeat Mysterio at -400, while the latter is a giant underdog at +250.

Lesnar already dropped the Universal Championship twice this year to Seth Rollins. It's highly unlikely that WWE will take the title off of him yet again here. Plus, Lesnar is almost always the overwhelming favorite to win his matches.

One triple threat match will see Becky Lynch (Raw Women's Champion) go up against Bayley (SmackDown Women's Champion) and Shayna Baszler (NXT Women's Champion). The former UFC star is a slight favorite at +110, while Lynch is a close second at +150. Bayley is the main underdog at +200 here.

United States Champion AJ Styles is listed as the -125 favorite in the triple threat showdown against Shinsuke Nakamura (Intercontinental Champion) and Roderick Strong (NXT North American Champion). Nakamura has the second-highest odds at +150, while Strong is a giant underdog at +300.

The New Day (SmackDown Tag Team Champions) will square off against the Viking Raiders (Raw Tag Team Champions) and Undisputed Era (NXT Tag Team Champions) in a triple threat tag team match. Viking Raiders are the favorites at -175, followed by Undisputed Era (+200) and New Day (+300).

Favorites Don't Always Tell The Story

It's important to know that the betting favorites don't necessarily win the vast majority of the time. Lesnar and Wyatt probably won't drop their respective championships, but Baszler, Styles and Viking Raiders are far from sure things to win.
