Judging by what he went through at TLC on Sunday night, it appears that WWE may have turned Braun Strowman babyface.

The Tables, Ladders, and Chairs pay-per-view this past weekend was a big one, both figuratively and literally. Not only was the reformation of The Shield put on hold so Kurt Angle could compete in WWE for the first time in 11 years, but the inclusion of both Kane and Braun Strowman made it a physically massive match to boot!

It's those two big men that are the focus of this article in particular. Throughout the match, the two of them seemed incapable of staying out of one another's way. On a number of occasions, it looked as if the two behemoths were about to turn on each other and ruin what, at that point, looked like an almost certain win for Team Miz. Well, inevitably that occurred as The Big Red Machine went about incapacitating The Monster Among Men.

Kane choke-slammed Strowman through the stage and dropped a number of steel chairs on him. Then, when that wasn't enough, the rest of Team Miz dumped him in the back of a garbage truck. It was all very heelish of Kane and his friends for the evening, especially considering Strowman was a member of their own team. An absent Strowman also lead to them ultimately losing the match.

That begs the question though, what on earth was all that about? The middle of the matchup didn't even involve Kurt Angle and The Shield, instead shifting the focus to the conflict between Strowman and the rest of his team. Obviously, it was done for a reason, and it appears that Strowman may return from his trip in the truck as Raw's biggest babyface, literally. With Angle presumably about to feud with The Miz, then that would leave a face Strowman free to enter into a program with a heel Kane.

Considering the way fans react to Braun Strowman, turning him face would certainly be a logical move on WWE's part. The only problem they will have is making The Monster Among Men act like a face considering the way he has gone about his business up until now. In terms of the locker room, he doesn't like anybody and regularly takes his anger and frustration out on whoever is closest. That'll have to come to a stop now if we are about to see the beginning of a Strowman babyface run.
