Bray Wyatt has had three opponents since becoming The Fiend and all three have since experienced a drastic change in personality. Coincidence?

WWE has been a mixed bag for WWE angles. However, there's no doubt that Bray Wyatt becoming The Fiend has been a big highlight. Other than a few blips, WWE has also shown restraint when booking Wyatt as The Fiend too. Despite first appearing more than half a year ago, Wyatt has only wrestled as The Fiend on TV four times.

Those four matches have seen Wyatt face three different opponents. Finn Balor, Seth Rollins (twice), and Daniel Bryan. @FiendThe1 highlighted something very interesting about what has happened to those three men since facing The Fiend. All of them have experienced some sort of personality change, either during their angle with Wyatt or after the storyline had come to an end.

Balor was the first, and the Irishman hasn't wrestled on the main roster since. Instead, the first-ever Universal Champion returned to NXT, getting as far away from The Fiend as possible without leaving the company. Shortly after rejoining the black and gold brand, Balor turned heel, attacking Johnny Gargano. Wyatt then moved on to Rollins with whom he had a much longer feud and had a far more obvious impact.

Rollins' inability to defeat Wyatt during their first meeting led to the former champion snapping. Since then, The Architect has gradually turned heel, culminating in him dressing in all black on Raw this week and berating his fellow Superstars. Last but not least, Bryan. A very different example, but still a clear personality change. Rather than turning heel, Wyatt appears to have brought Bryan back to the babyface side of the locker room.

Knowing WWE, this link is mere coincidence. However, it could be a well thought out plan where Wyatt is using his power over his opponents to "hurt" or "heal", just like it says on his gloves and during his entrance music. While The Fiend was out to hurt Rollins and Balor, it seems he is eager to heal Bryan. Perhaps we could even see the two of them team up before the end of the year.
