Brock Lesnar may be the WWE Champion, but he continues to only show up on a part-time basis, and fans just never know these days when he'll appear on television.

The Beast Incarnate is expected to compete at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, which is only three weeks away. It's unknown who he'd go up against, however, and if Lesnar might even take part in the 30-man rumble.

But according to WWE insider Brad Shepard, Lesnar "is expected" to appear on every episode of Monday Night Raw throughout the month of January, all the way up to the Royal Rumble.

Interestingly, Shepard noted that Lesnar isn't "listed" for any events that take place after the Royal Rumble.

At this point, it's safe to believe that Lesnar will still be the WWE Champion at WrestleMania 36. He'll surely face a huge opponent, although both Cain Velasquez and Tyson Fury have been ruled out for a match against Lesnar on the Grandest Stage of Them All.

Roman Reigns is the favorite to win the entire event, but the belief is that he'll wind up facing The Fiend at WrestleMania 36. If this ends up being the case, then it's really anybody's guess as to which superstar will get a chance to face Lesnar.

Lesnar's championship reigns tend to last long periods of time, which is why it's reasonable to believe that he'll be the champion up until at least WrestleMania, but perhaps even later.

Who Could Lesnar Face At Royal Rumble?

Lesnar has already clashed with most of the top talents on the main roster. But perhaps he could rekindle a feud with somebody like Seth Rollins, Randy Orton or AJ Styles. A clash with Kevin Owens, who's in the midst of a massive main event push, also makes plenty of sense. Maybe an up-and-coming star like Drew McIntyre or Ricochet will finally get a chance against Lesnar? There are plenty of options on the table here.
