Brock Lesnar To Work House Show (Seriously) In Japan

When Brock Lesnar returned to WWE as a "part-timer" we had no indication that Lesnar would ever work a house show, but Lesnar has now been booked for a show in Japan. He will be wrestling Kofi Kingston on July 4 from Tokyo. This will be Lesnar's first WWE house show since 2004.

Lesnar versus Kingston seems like an odd matchup, but Kofi has been known to have some of his best matches at live events, so the Japan crowd will likely be thrilled with what they'll see.

It's also surprising to see Lesnar at a live event. It must have been a clause thrown into his three-year contract and Japan really lucked out this time. Lesnar wrestled briefly in Japan after his WWE departure in 2004. Maybe he just misses the country.
