Bullet Club Invites The McMahons To Ring Of Honor

The Bullet Club extended an offer to the McMahon family, inviting them to a Ring Of Honor show in San Antonio.

The situation between the Bullet Club and WWE right now is fascinating. Up until recently, most fans were of the assumption that Vince McMahon paid absolutely no attention to anything pro wrestling-related outside of what's happening in his own company. However, the issue of a cease and desist to The Young Bucks flies right in the face of that belief.

Recognition that they exist and the introduction of potential legal proceedings has certainly not slowed the Bullet Club down any. In fact the cease and desist sent to them by WWE only inspired them to create new merchandise based on the fact. Cody Rhodes and Co. are continuing to poke the bear too and call out WWE at every possible opportunity.

PREVIOUSLY: WHAT DID VINCE MCMAHON THINK ABOUT THE BULLET CLUB INVADING RAW?

Earlier this week Ring Of Honor posted a video to Twitter of The Bucks, Rhodes and Marty Scurll inviting the McMahon family to come to an ROH show on November 17th in San Antonio. Rhodes was all for offering free tickets to Vince and his kin, but his fellow Bullet Club members interjected and instead offered them 10 percent off admission if they do show up. Rhodes also accused WWE of stealing all his father's ideas as well as piggybacking off of Bullet Club's success.

The reason that Rhodes accused WWE of piggybacking is because both companies have shows in San Antonio on the same day, but ROH's show was announced first. NXT will be staging a live event at the same time ROH do and have added Shawn Michaels to the card. HBK will be the special guest referee in an NXT Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Adam Cole who is a former member of the Bullet Club himself.

Let's be honest with ourselves, the chances of any McMahon showing up in San Antonio for the ROH show are non-existent. In reality, aside from maybe Triple H there likely won't even be any McMahons at the NXT show, let alone the ROH one. The night in question is the Friday of Survivor Series weekend and anyone of note for WWE will almost certainly already be in Houston preparing for the few days ahead.
