Charlotte captured the SmackDown Women's Championship for the very first time this week, and it set up a match against Alexa Bliss (the Raw Women's Champion), at Survivor Series on Sunday.

It'll be the first battle between these two on the main event roster. They faced off in the semi-finals for the NXT Women's Championship in 2014 with Charlotte emerging victorious. The rivalry will finally be renewed this Sunday, and both women wasted no time hyping up the match.

That's quite the remark from Bliss. For what it's worth, she has won the Raw and SmackDown Women's titles two times each, but Charlotte has the one SmackDown Championship, four Raw titles and the now-defunct Divas Championship once.

Both Charlotte and Bliss have emerged as two of the top performers on their respective brands. Charlotte has followed the footsteps of her father, Ric Flair, and has been instrumental in helping the women's division gain more relevancy and attention.

Bliss - who debuted on the main event roster last year - has brought excellent in-ring and microphone skills and has also become the ultimate heel of the women's division. She's been able to go toe-to-toe with top-notch superstars like Bayley, Sasha Banks and Nia Jax.

Bliss was originally scheduled to face Natalya in a champion vs. champion match at Survivor Series, but that all changed when Charlotte became the new SmackDown Women's champion. There is also a five-on-five women's interbrand match set to take place at Survivor Series led by Alicia Fox on Team Raw and Becky Lynch of Team SmackDown.

Though most eyes are on the men's interbrand match and Brock Lesnar vs. A.J. Styles, Bliss vs. Charlotte has a prime opportunity to steal the show. This Twitter battle has given the match a good start, already.
