The rivalry between Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair is arguably the greatest in the history of WWE women's wrestling. The two first made an impact in NXT as teammates in the BFF stable alongside Summer Rae. Charlotte quickly ascended and captured the NXT Women's Title in May 2014.

Early in 2015, it was Sasha who ultimately dethroned Charlotte. When both made it to the main roster and reignited their feud, they traded the Raw Women's Championship and made history along the way. These are their biggest matches, ranked from worst to best. Random outings are being excluded so only the most important get showcased.

10 Roadblock: End Of The Line

Other than a few random matches here or there, this was the end of the rivalry between these two. On the final pay-per-view of 2016, Sasha Banks defended her Raw Women's Title against Charlotte Flair in a 30-minute Ironman Match.

Sasha already had a phenomenal Ironman Match in her history against Bayley. This could've worked similarly but came too late. By this point, fans had grown tired with the feud, which had been going on for most of the year. Charlotte won in overtime and Sasha looked like a chump for tapping as time expired and losing in OT.

9 NXT 12/25/14

The first bout between these two at a TakeOver was pretty spectacular. They went at it again in a rematch on Christmas Day just a few weeks later. Most of the episode was dedicated to being a "Best of" program, other than this match.

It is their shortest major outing, lasting just about eight minutes. Still, they packed a fair amount of action into things and gave a preview of the greatness they had in them. Charlotte retained with the Figure Four.

Sasha Banks clotheslines Charlotte Flair

This was supposed to be a special night. After Sasha beat Charlotte for the Raw Women's Title on Raw, they had their rematch on this big stage. Sasha came out decked as champion and felt like a huge star.

However, this match never truly clicked the way it should've. Charlotte dropped Sasha on her head early on and Sasha seemed to be out of it after. She recovered and it led to a hard-hitting second half of the match. Charlotte countered the Bank Statement to regain the gold.

7 NXT 3/4/15

After Sasha Banks finally earned the NXT Women's Championship, Charlotte Flair wasn't going to go away. She stepped up as one of the first challengers and they headlined this episode of NXT together.

By this point, they had developed an easy chemistry that made for great action. This one just lacked a bit of drama since fans knew Sasha wasn't going to drop the title so soon. She retained by putting her feet on the ropes for leverage.

6 Raw 10/3/16

As noted, Charlotte and Sasha made plenty of history together. One thing they accomplished was that they were often the main event of shows. That was the case for this battle in Los Angeles, California.

They picked up their feud here and reminded everyone of why they're the best. Charlotte's twisting dive to the outside was unreal but it was still Sasha's night to become a two-time Raw Women's Champion.

5 Hell In A Cell 2016

Sasha vs Charlotte at the first-ever women's Hell in a Cell

The most historic bout on this list. Not only did this mark the first time that two women stepped into the Hell in a Cell structure, but it also turned out to be the first female main event in pay-per-view history.

Things were a bit overdramatic at times here, with Sasha surviving a wild beating before the bell. However, she rallied behind her hometown Boston crowd to keep fighting. Charlotte won a brutal match to regain the title with Natural Selection.

4 NXT 7/15/15

Once again, it's Sasha vs. Charlotte in the main event slot. Here, Sasha's NXT Women's Title reign was going strong. The Monday before this saw both women debut on Raw, so the spotlight was bright on this one.

Charlotte and Sasha spent months touring with NXT and facing off one on one. They had perfected quality bouts like this. The highlight was Charlotte keeping hold of a Figure Four while dangling over the apron. Sasha withstood it and retained with the Bank Statement.

3 TakeOver: R-Evolution

In 2014, NXT was starting to pick up steam thanks to the WWE Network. The final TakeOver of the year saw Charlotte defend her Women's Title against Sasha Banks. It was the first real opportunity on a big stage for Banks.

She delivered. The two had the best women's match of the year. Charlotte had already proven herself but Sasha put the world on notice of her talent here. Charlotte came out on top but it was Sasha who had the biggest impact.

2 Raw 11/28/16

Although a lot of fans were over the feud by this point, this match couldn't be denied. An attempt to start the match early in the show was met with a double contout finish. So, they were booked to restart things in the main event under Falls Count Anywhere rules.

That allowed these women to have a great hardcore battle. It was almost as brutal as the Hell in a Cell. Sasha battered Charlotte with kendo sticks and went on to win her third Raw Women's Title by applying a sick Bank Statement that bent Charlotte's back over a railing.

1 Raw 7/25/16

The July 25, 2016 episode of Raw is one of the best ever. It was the first post-Draft edition and it featured some tremendous matches. The standout though was the long-awaited clash between Sasha and Charlotte.

On the main roster, Charlotte dominated as champion and kept avoiding Sasha. On this night, Sasha wouldn't be denied. She got rid of Dana Brooke by pulling out a page from the Eddie Guerrero playbook. With it just down to her and Charlotte, she finally overcame the odds and got the monumental title win in a classic.
