Corey Graves' tweet criticizing Mauro Ranallo has caused quite the stir on Twitter and wrestling fans are letting the announcer know how they feel.
Not a day goes by without some sort of drama being conjured up out of pretty much nothing on wrestling Twitter. A lot of the time Corey Graves is the one at the center of that drama, and this past weekend has been no different. Graves critiqued and poked fun at Mauro Ranallo for his work at NXT TakeOver: WarGames which resulted in the announcer deleting his Twitter account.
There have also been reports that Ranallo was supposed to be at Survivor Series but missed the event due to Graves' tweet. Dave Meltzer was presumably the first to report this as Graves has since gone after the wrestling journalist on social media, questioning why he didn't contact him directly through all of this.

Needless to say, things have gotten a little out of hand. It seems as if most fans are siding with Ranallo and even Meltzer on this topic too. There has even been a "F**k Corey Graves" hashtag started up which has actually managed to pick up a fair bit of traction. Most using the hashtag oppose what Graves has said and done due to Ranallo's bipolar disorder.
The NXT announcer has been very open about his mental health problems, even detailing them in a documentary called Bipolar Rock 'N' Roller. Even though many fans love Ranallo's work and let him know it, the commentator has admitted to feeling self-conscious and even depressed after having a great night due to being bi-polar. Seems as if a tweet poking fun at him from someone he would likely be sitting alongside 24 hours later was too much to handle.
Despite all of this drama, there are reports that Ranallo will be back on NXT this Wednesday and normal service will be resumed. This isn't the first time a fellow announcer has caused issues with Ranallo. There was similar drama surrounding JBL and Ranallo towards the end of the pair's time together as two-thirds of the SmackDown announce team.
