WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page is scheduled to appear on Raw this coming Monday night in Phoenix, Arizona.

Diamond Dallas Page is pretty unique when it comes to the world of professional wrestling. For the longest time, DDP was a manager in the business and it wasn't until he was in his mid-30s that he began to train to be an in-ring performer. That is almost unheard of in the wrestling business, especially someone who goes on to become a multiple time World Champion.

For the most part, Page's great run as a wrestler took place in WCW. It was there that he won his World Titles and warranted his place in the Hall of Fame later in life. In WWE, he wasn't utilized nearly as well and a starter feud which ended with him being squashed by The Undertaker stunted it before it had really begun.

That didn't damage his relationship with the company obviously since last year he was deservedly inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. In fact, according to 411 Mania, Page will be making an appearance on Raw this coming Monday when the flagship show rolls through Phoenix, Arizona. Why DDP will be on the show is currently unclear but apparently, he will be appearing in some form or fashion.

Despite being 61 years old DDP has actually competed for WWE a couple of times in the last few years. The yoga enthusiast was a surprise entrant in the 2015 Royal Rumble match, entering at number 14 and doling out a few Diamond Cutters, and also appeared in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32. While he is still in phenomenal shape, it will be unlikely that his appearance this coming Monday will involve him wrestling a match.

While DDP's WWE pedigree isn't as high-profile as other former Superstars, Page does have the reputation of being one of the nicest guys in all pro wrestling. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone in the business who has a bad word to say about him plus if it wasn't for him wrestlers such as Jake Roberts and Scott Hall would likely no longer be with us.
