Bret Hart is never one to pull punches when asked about his thoughts on something. While in the UK for a multi-date spoken word tour, The Hitman commented on his upcoming Payback appearance, according to Total Wrestling Magazine.

When asked about his appearance, Hart gave a very interesting answer, saying:

“I do it to honour Nattie, I no desire to be there no desire to be on TV,” Hart told the audience. “I’m happy to be there for Nattie but I’ve just had wrist surgery so it’s not a great time.

“It’ll be great to put Flair in the sharpshooter though.”

It has been a difficult few months for The Hitman, who not only had wrist surgery, but was treated for prostate cancer.

Seeing Bret will still be great on Sunday, as magic happened when he and Flair were in Natalya and Charlotte's corners for their NXT classic a while back.

The Hitman also gave his thoughts on Chyna passing away last week. He also commented on her Hall of Fame status:

“It was sad, I think she should be in the Hall of Fame but I don’t think WWE will ever put her in there. Because of her relationship with Triple H. Chyna was a big star.”
