WWE has been giving opportunities to second generation wrestlers gradually more and more through the years. We saw an influx of the children of wrestlers getting a break in the business in 2000s. The success of The Rock made Vince McMahon realize that there are huge benefits from aspiring wrestlers growing up in the business. Other relatives such as siblings also have been given opportunities through the years. The connection of having a respect wrestling figure in your family can mean a lot to someone entering the business. Roman Reigns and Nia Jax received huge opportunities right away thanks to their relation to The Rock.

There are many relatives of wrestlers out there that you likely don’t even know about. Some of these relatives fit the bill of what McMahon wants in his WWE superstars. There are names that are currently working outside of WWE trying to build up their reputation to follow in the family legacy. Others have no interest in wrestling right now despite it being part of their childhood but manage to look impressive enough to get noticed. The athletic men and women to share bloodlines with memorable wrestlers will always get the attention of McMahon, especially with it being easier to train them at the Performance Center. These are fifteen lesser known relatives of wrestlers Vince would consider signing.

15 Brian Pillman Jr. (Brian Pillman's son)

via twitter.com

Brian Pillman was surprisingly the first WWE star to receive a guaranteed contract. While this was done partly due to wanting to compete with what WCW was offering, it showed just how much Vince McMahon believed in Pillman’s talent. The in-ring work and persona of Pillman made him a truly special performer of the 90s. Unfortunately, injuries limited his potential and he passed away at a young age while under contract.

The wrestling legacy of the Pillman family is still going as his son Brian Pillman Jr. recently entered the business. Pillman Jr. is currently wrestling on the independent circuit and attempting to make his own name in hopes of getting signed by a major promotion. The look of Pillman Jr. is impressive and reports are that he shows promise. If he gets enough of a name of the free agent market, WWE will likely reach out with a Performance Center deal.

14 Mika Rotunda (Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas' sister)

The rare instance of two children of a wrestler making it to the WWE roster has seen Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas there for a few years now. Both guys have been able to find a role on WWE television and will likely be employed for a long time. There is one other sibling that has yet to make her way to WWE. Mika Rotunda is the sister of Bo and Bray.

While she isn’t in the wrestling business, Mika has a close relationship with some of the wrestlers like Sasha Banks. Between her family and friends being on the roster, it would be a welcoming atmosphere if she made the jump to WWE. There were rumors a few years ago that Mika would be revealed as Sister Abigail. It never happened but she does seem capable of doing well in the wrestling industry.

13 Oje Edward Hart (Owen Hart's son)

Wrestling has been a Hart family tradition for generations, but the family of Owen Hart have blocked it from their lives. The heartbreaking death of Owen thanks to a stunt gone wrong in WWE saw his widow Martha distance her family away from the industry. Owen’s children have not been a part of wrestling since they lost their dad at a young age.

The son of Owen has recently been discovered in social media posts. Oje Edward Hart is now visible and is impressive looking. The overall physique and look of Oje would make him a valuable prospect in the eyes of WWE. An athletic build and generally good looks have him already fitting the aesthetic aspect of the WWE, but he will likely never entertain entering the wrestling business after all the pain his family received from it.

12 Brittany Page (Diamond Dallas Page's daughter)

via solowrestling.com

Another stunning wrestling daughter to have potential in wrestling is Brittany Page. As the daughter of legendary WCW wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, Brittany is a stunning young woman. DDP introduced her on his DDP Yoga channel a few years ago showcasing some of the exercises. Brittany has experimented in getting involved in wrestling over the past few years.

A project of the all-women’s promotion was teased by Brittany along with Brooke Hogan, Ariel Toombs and Lacey Von Erich. Pictures have been shown of her training in the ring with her dad last year. It appears Brittany is wanting to at least learn some basics of the in-ring process. Brittany has a great look that would give her a chance to get signed by WWE. Vince McMahon would love to have a gorgeous second-generation wrestler on the roster.

11 Terrell and Terrence Hughes (D-Von Dudley's sons)

via twitter.com

D-Von Dudley is entering this year’s Hall of Fame class with his tag team partner Bubba Ray. The Dudley Boyz had an amazing run together as one of the greatest tag teams of all-time. D-Von is currently working as a producer for WWE backstage. Many fans forget about D-Von’s stint in Impact Wrestling since the company has been a joke for a long time.

One interesting thing about D-Von’s work in TNA featured a storyline with his two sons. Impact used Terrell and Terrence Hughes in a couple of D-Von’s feuds with Bubba and The Pope. Both kids had a desire of getting in the business, but it seemed to cool off after the TNA appearances. Terrence and Terrell each had a great look that would impress Vince McMahon. Maybe they should go out of their way to see Vince at the Hall of Fame.

10 Cody Hall (Scott Hall's son)

Scott Hall has been welcomed back into the WWE family after cleaning up his life. Another great thing to come from his road to redemption was forming a closer relationship with his son Cody Hall. They were estranged after Scott’s personal demons essentially stopped them from talking to each other. Scott getting back on track and Cody showing an interest in wrestling made them bond together.

Cody learning how to become a professional wrestler with help from Scott was the biggest common love that caused them to become close again. Things looked good for Cody as he received a spot in New Japan in the Bullet Club as the Young Bucks’ enforcer. An injury has put him on the shelf for the time being. It is unknown if Cody is returning, but he has the size, look and connection to get on WWE’s radar.

9 Dominic Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio's son)

A wrestling child to have a completely different look to his father is Dominic Gutierrez. His father is the 5’4’’ Rey Mysterio. Many fans will remember him from being involved in segments that featured Eddie Guerrero claiming he was his real father. The assumption would be that Mysterio’s son would become another luchador working the style of a smaller guy.

However, Dominic is already significantly taller than Rey and jacked. The look of Dominic is one that would impress Vince McMahon. Coincidentally, Mysterio’s smaller size is what held him back from becoming a consistent top guy in WWE. Dominic is training to harness his size and genetics into being a true professional wrestler. Rey wants him to train under various teachers to learn different styles before signing with a company. Expect WWE to reach out to Dominic if he has any talent.

8 Leland Race (Harley Race's son)

via onlineworldofwrestling.com

Harley Race is one of the most respected wrestlers in the history of the business. The impressive work in the ring made him a star, but his toughness behind the scenes is remembered more from his peers. Race being viewed with respect is just helping his son Leland Race get a chance in the wrestling business. Leland has started wrestling on the independent circuit looking to add to the family legacy.

Reports have claimed Leland is a bit green but shows great potential. WWE tends to give opportunities to the children of wrestlers that are viewed with great respect behind the scenes like Mike Rotunda, Ted DiBiase and Ricky Steamboat through the years. Harley is respected the same and Leland may very well benefit from the connection.

7 Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa (Meng/Haku's sons)

via medium.com

Two wrestlers following in the footsteps of their father currently reside in Japan. Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa both work for New Japan as members of the Bullet Club. They are the sons of former WWE/WCW star Meng aka Haku. Tama was one of the original members along with Finn Balor, Karl Anderson and Bad Luck Fale. Tonga already worked for WWE in the role of Camacho, but most have no memory of it.

The tag team work of Tonga and Loa as the Guerillas of Destiny has seen them find a groove together. Both brothers know how to work as a unit and the sky is the limit for their potential. WWE has already signed Balor, Anderson, Luke Gallows and A..J Styles following their success in the Bullet Club. Don’t be surprised if Vince McMahon gives the Guerrillas of Destiny a chance to shine in WWE.

6 Xia Brookside (Robbie Brookside's daughter)

The career of Robbie Brookside is celebrated today for the underrated career he had on the British wrestling scene. Brookside’s unique style helped him find success wrestling all over the world. WWE signed him a few years ago to become one of the top teachers at the Performance Center. Brookside clearly has a lot of knowledge to offer to young wrestlers.

One relatively new wrestler benefiting from his insight must be his daughter Xia Brookside. The wrestling career of Xia started a few years ago and she is gaining momentum. Xia is gorgeous and has potential to become a major player in wrestling. Considering her dad is one of the most important people at the Performance Center, Xia is someone that could end up in WWE sooner than later.

5 Tessa Blanchard (Tully Blanchard's daughter)

The career of Tessa Blanchard is seeing her become a bigger star on the independent circuit. Tessa became known as the daughter of Tully Blanchard. New fans will give her a chance more than usual due to her dad being a respected legend. Tully was arguably the most underrated member of the Four Horsemen delivering great matches on a consistent basis.

The greatest compliment about Tessa is that she is making her own name and creating a fan base based on her own body of work. Cody Rhodes and the Young Bucks announced Tessa as the first female name for their big All In show. WWE is likely going to come reaching out for a full-time deal sooner than later. Tessa has a tremendous look and the incredible talent to thrive in a bigger promotion.

4 Steven Borden Jr. (Sting's son)

Sting avoided WWE for most of his career until his final year. Despite not being a big fixture in WWE, Sting found a place in the WWE family. They inducted him into the Hall of Fame one year after his match and he often will make appearances for the company. This all means that Sting has a great relationship with WWE right now.

It could be the perfect connection for his son Steve Borden Jr. to enter the wrestling business. Borden has a background in football and he’s clearly an athletic person. The connection of being Sting’s son would give him some credibility and name value entering the new world. It remains to be seen if Borden has passion for wrestling, but he fits the bill of a wrestler Vince McMahon would want to give a chance.

3 Janny Kanellis (Maria Kanellis' sister)

The women’s revolution has seen WWE reach out to some of the most talented women’s wrestlers on the independent and international wrestling circuits. However, the company is still looking to sign attractive women with minimal experience, especially with the Performance Center making it easier to train them. Maria Kanellis’ sister Janny Kanellis has the look and background of someone WWE would be interested in.

Janny is a former cheerleader meaning she has some athletic ability that could be channeled in the ring. The great look similar to her sister is a huge plus that Vince McMahon would love in new talent. We have seen WWE give a chance to Alicia Fox’s sister in the past due to her great look and cheerleading background. Janny is essentially the same story as someone WWE historically would want to sign.

2 Matt Cena (John Cena's brother)

via youtube.com

John Cena has been the dream employee of Vince McMahon throughout his tenure. The hard work ethic of Cena has seen him do everything WWE has asked of him with zero hesitation. Most other top stars like Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan used their power backstage to gain leverage, but Cena has remained loyal to Vince. One thing we learned about Cena on the Total Bellas reality show is that he doesn’t use his status in WWE to help others when Nikki and Brie's brother wanted a spot in the Performance Center.

The brother of John looks like he would have been a successful wrestler if he had the chance. Matt Cena has a jacked physique and looks like another version of John. Considering how much Vince loves the look and the connection to John, Matt never joining WWE is a bit of a surprise.

1 Ariel Toombs (Roddy Piper's daughter)

via twitter.com

The WWE signing of Ronda Rousey has seen her embrace the legacy of her favorite Roddy Piper. Rousey has worn one of Piper’s old jackets to the ring and is selling the exact same t-shirt design as Piper’s. They had a close relationship and the family has endorsed Rousey using the late wrestler’s “Rowdy” moniker. However, Roddy has an actual daughter that is involved in the entertainment business.

The stunning Ariel Toombs is an actress and shows a lot of personality as part of her job. Past stories have shown her having interest in getting involved in wrestling by starting an all-women’s wrestling promotion. Considering Ariel has the perfect look and a background in performing, you’d assume it would be easier for WWE to just give her a chance if she wanted it.
