WWE chairman Vince McMahon has had a battle against much of the WWE Universe, pushing his favorites as main stars while often keeping the fans most beloved ones in the mid-card.
This obviously includes Roman Reigns and Jinder Mahal - two wrestlers with limited personalities and ring talent, but nonetheless have gotten the vote of confidence from Vince. Meanwhile, other top stars like Sasha Banks, Cesaro, Shinsuke Nakamura and Finn Balor haven't received their big pushes.
In Balor's case, it was recently reported that McMahon simply doesn't think Balor is "over enough," which scrapped a potential match against Brock Lesnar at the 2018 Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
Since this report came out, Balor has shared some salty posts on both Twitter and Instagram, and his latest one comes a day after Kane annihilated him on Monday Night Raw:
Last night was tough...— Finn Bálor Forever (@FinnBalor) November 28, 2017
But I will get OVER
You can also note how he capitalized the four letters that spell "OVER" in his Twitter name above. And so, the Demon King remains not-so-thrilled about the boss man believing he's not "over."
Balor also posted a photo for American Thanksgiving, saying he was "NOT OVER cooking the turkey." Balor also shared these two tweets, suggesting that he's convinced that the Demon King is over with the crowd:
News about Vince not buying Balor right now could be confusing to many, and righfully so. At last year's SummerSlam, Balor defeated Seth Rollins to become the first Universal Champion - just a month after he made his debut on the main event roster.
However, a torn labrum in his shoulder forced Balor to relinquish the title and miss eight months. Since returning, Balor has been stuck on the mid-card, while stars Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman have begun to lead Monday Night Raw instead.
At this rate, it's safe to assume that Balor won't stop posting the savage yet salty messages on social media until/unless Vince McMahon puts him over once and for all.
