Former WWE performer Ryback has slammed Triple H for recent comments made over talent publicly asking to leave.

The Game condemned the practice, saying that wrestlers should speak to WWE privately if they want out. Of course, that's the most sensible thing to do if you're looking to leave any job but the employer in question is a bit different and, as Ryback puts it, "the least professional people on the planet."

The 38-year-old was speaking on his podcast when he addressed the issue and would also detail a personal experience with Triple H.

“He’s full of s**t. I’m just gonna call that f***ing bulls**t," he said in a rant. "They are the least professional motherf***ers on the planet, and there’s a reason why talent go and do that. It’s because of how they treat human beings and their f***ing bulls**t policies."

Ryback claimed The Game avoided him when he requested a meeting in Vince's absence and he had to wait an entire day while overseas just to get a sitdown with the WWE exec. He also accused the company of lying to wrestlers' faces and messing with their pay when they want out as booking them to lose sees the wage take a dip.

Wrestlers can't be blamed for taking to social media to let fans know they're looking to leave, according to Ryback. He says it's because it's the only way they can be heard and it's actually a last-resort kind of attempt to get fired after they're denied release.

WWE recently allowed Jordan Myles to leave NXT after he accused them of printing him a racially offensive tee and would not let up in his criticism on social media. The promotion really had no choice but to grant him a release after he insisted that he would not continue his involvement with what he considers to be a "racist" company.

Ryback is in agreement with the way Myles went about his business and reckons WWE will release wrestlers if they make enough noise on social media.

Great Advice, Wrong Person?

This seems to be happening a bit more now, especially as wrestlers know there's an additional option.

Triple H's advice is definitely sound and he didn't really say anything wrong. It comes off differently when the comments are coming from a place that people don't see as exactly honest.
