Wrestling fans commonly are frustrated by WWE calling their male wrestlers "Superstars" and their female wrestlers "Divas." When thinking about the current crop of talented female wrestlers who get by with skill and not looks, Bayley almost immediately comes to mind. So, how does she feel about being called a "Diva?" Well, she addressed the word in a recent interview with Fansided, which we highly suggest reading in full. Here's what she had to say:
"It doesn’t bother me. The only reason personally I would like it to go back to women’s — it’s what I grew up with. I am so used to watching the Women’s Championship being defended and that’s where I come from. It’s not like I don’t like the term Diva, it’s what you make of it. I would like to continue what I have now which is [being] the Women’s Champion."
