The heated legal battle between Hulk Hogan and Brutus 'The Barber' Beefcake is far from over according the the co-author of Beefcake's book.

Hulk Hogan seems to love two things at this current stage in his life: attempting to get an invite back to WWE and battling people in court for things that have or possibly have not happened in his past. It was only recently that The Hulkster's long-running trial with Gawker came to an end with Hogan winning a sum to the tune of over $100 million.

The latest legal issue Hogan has got himself tied up in is one with his former good friend and colleague, Brutus 'The Barber' Beefcake. Both men were big names in WWE during the late '80s and Hogan actually helped Beefcake get his big break in the business. These latest problems however have seen their relationship strained, and that's putting it mildly.

Beefcake is currently writing a book about his life which he has revealed will be a tell-all about his time in the business. For reasons currently unknown to us, Hogan hasn't taken kindly to that and The Immortal One and his legal team are taking Beefcake to task over what can and can't be included in the book. This isn't news by any means, but new developments have revealed that the legal battle is still far from over.

John Corrigan of The Wrestling Estate recently caught up with the co-author of Beefcake's book, Kenny Casanova. Casanova had a long phone call with Hulk Hogan's lawyer and assured fans that unless both of them have also been fooled, this is most certainly not a work. He also said that he and Beefcake were sent warnings about the books being 'clean and free of error' and that when Hogan heard it was going to be a tell-all it likely got him a little worried.

Exactly how much of a tell-all this Beefcake book will actually be is extremely interesting. Both Beefcake and Hogan likely got up to quite a bit that they probably don't want the general public knowing as did many others in the pro wrestling business back during their heyday. For The Hulkster to react to the book in the way that he has, you would have to imagine that there will be some juicy stories in there, or at least there would have been before all of these legal issues.
