After suffering a broken nose during his match with Seth Rollins earlier this week on RAW, John Cena could be set to miss a couple of weeks due to surgery.
Rollins accidentally caused the injury when his knee made contact with Cena's nose but the United States Champion continued to fight (and earn even more respect) and ended the match with a victory, courtesy of the STF.
Wrestlezone's Justin LaBar has reported that the purpose of the surgery is to correct breathing issues while reconstructive surgery may be required.
Cena should be back for Summerslam but considering his history, it wouldn't be a surprise to see him back on RAW next week with a protective mask.
